CLOSED THEIR DOORS AT 6 PM. BECAUSE OF A SHORTAGE OF STAFF. AT LEAST FOUR PEOPLE WORKING, HOW HARD COULD IT BE TO SERVE ONE OR TWO PEOPLE INSIDE. STARBUCKS HERE I COME.

This has to be the best Tim Hortons around, because everything is always on point here, coffee is pipping hot and served exactly how I ordered it, ice Capps are mixed well and nice and sweet! Donuts are always very fresh and they have a wide variety to choose from. Staff is always happy to help and service is fast! All around great experience, that’s why I drive from other towns just to come to this location, because I know I won’t be disappointed. Great job!

Poor service , How hard is it to understand a order and then they still not understand after you explained 6 times and mess it up on screen then argue with you about it really ? Yall need to learn manners and how to be professional and do the job you are hired for correctly.... ridiculous! their service is so slow busy or not busy they are slow, They do not follow window times like they are suppose too. Definitely avoiding that location on Talbot from now on.

Ordered a jalapeño bagel toasted with butter… don’t be fooled that’s not cream cheese it’s an astronomical amount of butter. Usually they’re fine this is a first for me, wasn’t even that busy I’ve seen it much busier and they still do a good job

Great experience this morning for brunch. There was a little line, however the young ladies at front were fast, efficient and the orders were just flying out. Drive through was busy and on the ball. They were even joking among themselves which made everyone in line laugh. It's a good ,work smart staff, that makes costumers feel good as they leave. That impresses me most. It was a clean place and high chairs are available. There were a dozen people at tables all enjoying the pseudo fireplace. We're home?. Luv Malcom???Stay strong St Thomas.Parking: Doors are differently abled persons friendly.

Absolutely worst, Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I ordered simply 2 toasted bagels with butter, 1 muffin, and 1 small French vanilla, and I got 2 burnt bagels with barely any butter, 1 chocolate banana muffin and a latte. We figured we would just leave the order as it was because we went through drive-through, but the bagels were so burnt, it wasn't even edible. When I complained and asked for new bagels, the manager tried to justify why I received the bagels that way by saying I must have gotten someone else's order. I replied back by saying who would ever want burnt bagels that are not edible, and she said "I don't know."

Went through the Drive thru confirmed my order at the window and told them exactly what I ordered I had to repeat my order 3 times I orders 2 farmers wraps and a breakfast sandwich with no bread. They messed my order up completely. I got one wrap and I got the breakfast sandwich with no bread. Went back in to get my other farmers wrap told them exactly what it was and they messed that up. Got no chipotle on the wrap asked for extra sauce. The supervisor made it for me herself and she messed it up. Not going there again. This isn’t the first time they have messed up my order.

Was just there picking up food for a delivery and the one lady asked if I had the thermal bag and I had forgotten it in my vehicle so I went out to get it and I got my order and she yells at me while I’m walking away that it needs to be in the bag before I leave the store. Mind you I’m doing that as I’m walking and then she’s yelling is that a thermal bag so I walked out I’m not being late delivering my food to let you inspect my thermal bag lady. You aren’t paying me
