Super disappointed on Saturday. We took the family here before checking out the lights at safari niagara. They were way understaffed, there were zero baked goods....oh no worry kids we can still get hot chocolates, wait the hot chocolate machine is broken. There was 2 people infront of us in line (inside) we waited 20 min to get to the counter. The poor kid working you could tell he was stressed right out with zero help and moved super slow.

We ordered 3 small double doubles a box of 50 tomboys and medium coffe black. The double doubles weren’t fresh cause my mom, my brother and I had stomach pains and we where not feeling very well. I think you guys should take a look at your cream as it may cause trouble to indviduals.

I went through bought One Medium french vanilla and one medium hot cappuccino . The order cost about $7 That's not all that Cheap for 2 hot beverages But Every business needs to make money and I understand that the only problem was The french vanilla I had Gotten, was only three quarters full and The capaco was only 3/4 full What is a little more understandable cause They foam up a bit butt still. So really for $7 dollars I only Got A medium and a half. You need to do a little better on your service. 1.1/2 Inc below the brim of the cup is not Acceptable

Across the Safari Niagara, the restaurant is a convenient place to chill for your day trip to the zoo. Foods are fresh, dining areas are very clean, and staffs are friendly.

This was the best Tim Hortons ever. They were so fast and the food was perfect.

Both guys were handling garbage bin and cleaning. One guy with the gloves and other without. One guy without the glove came to serve me without washing his hands. I asked him to wash first, throw away the cup and get a different cup. He did that and I didn't see him throw away the cup which I suspect he kept for reuse. I hope the frenchise owner looks at the reviews and trains the staff for food safety. I'll also be reporting this to food safety folks as I think these guys don't take this seriously.

We regularly visit this location, and its usually a 50/50 on rather or not they will make steeped tea or get the order correct. When asked if they could put a pot on, we were told no and to order a bagged tea instead. Some of the staff are lovely, while others not so much ?

Customer services is very poor and and rude .Which we never have that as a Canadian. Also on the day I was sold expired milk so they are not checking on regular basic with food quality .Health inspection should be done regular at this .I have receipt and picture with time of purchase with receipt .in case the center dispute . Staff should be following health protocol since lots of seniors with this locations
As well respective don't wear name tag and when ask for manager he claim that he is the manager . I do know the store manager that was a wrong info given to a customer . I love Tim been a member for 23 years .But tkind of employess spoil the brand .
