Wow this Tim’s has really gone down hill. Went in this am to order 12 to go coffee and a box of donuts. Ordered and paid and was told afterwards that they only had glazed donuts. That’s pretty wild at 7:30am with a busy parking lot to only have one type of donut and announce it after paying. If I had another option I wouldn’t go anymore.

I ordered a large coffe, which is $2.14, however, when I got to the window, they debited my account $2.25? I know it’s only 11 cents, but 11 cents is 11 cents. Won’t go back

Got our order wrong today. Ordered 2 bacon farmers wraps and a coffee. They gave us one bacon farmers wrap. We asked for the other one and they gave it to us, but the one that was already made that had a B written on the wrapper (which we thought would make sense, B for bacon) actually turned out to be sausage, which I dislike eating.

We just left this Tim Hortons stevensville after waiting and watching three employees that were standing around chatting while were waiting 10-15 for 1 coffee not another customer in sight at the desk. We drove away before getting the coffee 6:15-6:30pm June 10/2025
