This pizza is disgusting, we call it the cardboard pizza. As well as when we called in they told us it would 20 to 25 minutes, we walk in after 22 minutes and they haven’t even put our pizza in the oven so will be another 20 minutes. Terrible never support them again.

Prob the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted not sure how you can screw up a pizza chain Horrible under carriage doughy top cheese was not even melted and the pepperoni looks like it was left out for the last 4 weeks….dry garbage…….lazy and they don’t care as long as they get the money

We have tried to give this place many chances and every time we do we get screwed. You can’t order on line they don’t have any of the same toppings or offers. This will be the last time we ever give this location a chance with our business.

Terrible food. This franchisee gives Pizza Pizza a bad name. The crust is clearly made from stale dough. The toppings are sparse, if they remember to put on your pizza what you ordered. I didn’t expect much, but this experience was a slap in the face for good money. I’d say, “Do better,” but I’m afraid it would fall on deaf ears given the already very poor ratings from others.

Phoned in an order for take out on our way home. you can always depend on Pizza Pizza for decent pizza OR SO I THOUGHT... First Pizza Pizza location I've ever had truly bad pizza from. Worst crust ever and we ordered the standard "regular" pizza crust. Ate a bit and threw the rest away. AWFUL

Just using the pizza pizza name, not real pepperoni, the sauce is different, they do stuff their way. It’s all halal crap taste’s completely different, ordered just a cheese pizza and even the cheese tastes weird. I just find it odd that you can use a franchise name and not use there ingredient’s, puts the pizza pizza name to shame

Ordered three pizzas, so not normal pizza pizza quality or taste, tasted doughy so yuck!. Life is so expensive now so, so annoying it was horrible. They also messed up our cheese pizza for our vegetarian and when I called them to ask why it only has Parmesan cheese on it they said I ordered it like that. NOPE! They told me to drive back to the store to see how order came through! Yikes horrible customer service.

My wife and I placed our order at 11:45 am and it is now 12:20 and we are still waiting, the girl behind the counter looks to still be in her pajamas and is very grumpy. We will not be stopping here as we go through town every day. Time for a different lunch spot.
Ordered online, this location did not have Broccoli which I ordered so I had to substitute. Once receiving pizzas my order was missing the 6 cheese blend, lacking in garlic sauce that was ordered. The pizzas were so terribly bland, the crust was so hard and freezer burnt. Terrible, do NOT recommend. I could have made a frozen pizza at home that would have tasted better for a fraction of the price.
