Food was great. No frozen mugs. I don’t know if they offer that anymore. The place where that they usually stored the mugs was filled with various items.

I had a great experience at A&W! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious—especially the Beyond Meat Burger and onion rings—and everything came out hot and quickly. What really made the visit stand out was the excellent service. The supervisor on duty, SIMRAN was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about both the staff and customers. They made sure the dining area was running smoothly and even checked in to see how our meal was. It’s rare to see that level of attention and leadership. Definitely coming back!

I stopped going here about a year ago due to high wait times, incompetent staff, rude service the whole 9 yards. I gave it another shot on Friday night, best experience I've had there. The girl taking the cash definitely made the overall experience for me, she was kind, attentive, and patient. No name rage so unsure, but deserves recognition. The food was mediocre but better than previous visits. Chicken buddy burger was old and shrunken up, put on a regular size bun, wasn't great. Regular sized chicken also probably expired holding time. 4 burgers were all good.

Great service and very accommodating think he was a manager and he was great ty for going above and beyond for me and my family
Apparently lemonade is now synonymous with iced tea (which literally no one in my house drinks, so down the drain it goes since I'm home now and not driving back into town)... Our receipt even said "lemonade" was what we were supposed to get. Spent almost $30 and they can't even get my drink correct.

I know a man who used to work at this location and robbed it one evening and escaped using the train tracks to change clothing. When fired according to him, they did not change the locks nor the safe code and he knew where all the cameras were and robbed it one night He got away with it but I'm willing to testify with a confession he made to me and his wife.

without fail, everytime I've come here, they make you wait at the drive thru speaker for a solid 5 mins before taking your order. they're never busy & yet, they're somehow always the slowest fast food joint in town. food is usually cold when it comes out too which confuses me on why it took so long. I don't know who's running this location but they need to hire friendlier & faster workers because whatever they're doing right now, is not it.

Perfect for this weekend summery weather, quench it with A & W root beer and berry smoothie. They do have a promo “Buy one whistledog, get one for $1. Small smoothie for $3.” The two lady servers did a phenomenal job in interacting with the diners. They engaged us with an interesting conversation when we asked for a less sugar serving. By the way, I love the freshly cooked sweet potatoes and the spicy dip. Will come back!
