This location is not meeting what I think A&W standards are. I was overcharged 33%, I believe this was intentional. Then my food was absolutely dripping oil.

Food was great. No frozen mugs. I don’t know if they offer that anymore. The place where that they usually stored the mugs was filled with various items.

I had a great experience at A&W! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious—especially the Beyond Meat Burger and onion rings—and everything came out hot and quickly. What really made the visit stand out was the excellent service. The supervisor on duty, SIMRAN was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about both the staff and customers. They made sure the dining area was running smoothly and even checked in to see how our meal was. It’s rare to see that level of attention and leadership. Definitely coming back!
