UPDATE 2024the last couple years here have been much more consistently enjoyable experiences for breakfast and in general so I’ve updated to a 5 star review!Joe the supervisor is very friendly and there’s new interior changes.I’m trying to eat healthy these days and I still come to A&W for lettuce wrap burgers, and sometimes a breakfast combo where they hold the toast and give extra bacon and tomatoes.The kids love the new frozen drink machineUPDATE July 2018They do lettuce wrapped burgers here if you are looking for a healthier option.UPDATE JAN 2017Theres been a recent management change again here, and now the breakfast is great. I've been here 4 times for breakfast in January and have always had great food.Original 2016 review:There's nothing better than A&W rootbeer :) Love me a teen burger too. Buddy Burgers are a great value.Breakfast here is hit or miss. I've tried the breakfast here over the years, different staff, different managers, and I always seem to have a bad breakfast experience.The egg is usually brown from pan grease, and sometimes I even get egg shells.I wish the breakfast here was better because you actually get real fresh eggs and great bacon...but when you need that emergency breakfast sandwich fix, I'd suggest sticking with McDonalds or Tim Hortons.

I always come in for chicken sandwich’s as well as my fiancé with his burgers. But the last few times we have order just a simple chicken buddy burger and a kids meals we gets parked and end up waiting 10-15 mins for a fresh whatever but the fries a freezing cold.

Joe is my morning coffee. Such a nice warm fella to talk to in the morning. All smiles and remembers customers names. Welcome face for Strath. Communicates well with the cook in the back to make sure your order is made to the tee. Great food. Great people. Great place to sit down and eat.

Always asked to pull ahead and wait in the parking lot, even if there is nobody else in the drive-thru. I understand it's too keep a low "score" for drive-thru but isn't that cheating?

I'm a flower delivery driver, so my Valentines Day starts early, we decide to get some breakfast at A&W, it was the best way to start the morning, because we meet a employee named Joe who made the rest of out day great with his charisma and friendliness, the food was good but the experience with Joe was my favorite part this week, he's a special person!!Kid-friendliness: A supervisor named at the Strathroy location made our days! not only with a bright positive experience but went above and beyond giving us some A&W root beer flavored suckers! I know he would have done the same for any kid!!
