It's Burger King. It's the only one in Strathroy. Has better deals, more often than McD's. Staff are wonderful.

Got here at 845 pm, dine in closes at 11. . They closed the drink station without telling you, until you try to get a drink and are forced to bring it to the counter to get one. No longer allowing free refills. Removed the ketchup as well because God forbid you get a cup of ketchup, you should create more waste by using packets. Fries were old and tasted off. Burger was sloppy and packed with mayo, tomato's were squishy and old. Patty tasted old and burnt, not flame grilled.
Newer staff/ manager are really absolutely bringing the place down hill.
It was the only consistent place in town. Now it's awful. Absolutely do not recommend.

They never get my order right. There is always something missing. This is when I order through skip or DoorDash. The burgers are thrown together, 9 times out of 10 you need to rebuild them when you get them.

I go online and check what time they close it says they’re open. I drive almost an hour to the restaurant and they’re closed because the staff claims they were at 20% cost of staffing. Whatever the hell that means nobody answers the telephone. They no longer care about the customer they care about their pocketbook last time. I trust anything to do with the Stratroy Burger King what a joke answer the phone dummies. This was the stupid decision of the store manager. Time to fire someone!!! Oh well Wendy’s is open… always!!!

This was my grandsons burger tonight. A bun covered in mold!!! October 10/24. How long would it seriously take for this bread to mold?!?! Absolutely disgusting.

Worst place for food delivery and staff were irresponsible and rude( Not all). I went yesterday to pickup a delivery order and said the customer name at counter. I was arrived 10 minutes late to store due to construction and traffic so by that time of course food should be ready. You guys will laugh loudly when knowing what was food. Will tell you later that. When i pass the information to counter the gentleman replied the order just came and you should wait at least 5 minutes. I said back it should not happen like that, am already late and explained. He didn’t convinced. After 5 minutes another driver came to pickup another order, that moment gentleman start realising the issue slowly and started searching the order( the order in the screen he showed me was for that driver) and later 5 minutes he gave me a cover. And when i ask him what happened, why like this he replied don’t argue with me, you just a third party driver just take and go. I said am for the customer. Customers are your business. I don’t know why these staffs are thinking like this and behaving instead of saying sorry or accepting mistakes. And The order was just a fry
