How do you expect your customers to buy products from you when you’ve closed all the window panels and dont open it even when you see that a customer is outside waiting for you to open the panel and ask if he/she wants anything. Like we gotta knock on the windows or what ? Which i think is rude to knock on a business window panels to get ice cream. Never wasting my time to get anything from this place again

I’m still not sure what the hype is…my husband likes this place for nostalgic reasons, but I find it very expensive for what it is. The soft serve cones are no different from any other soft serve in town, but here it costs double. A medium milkshake and hard ice cream was $16 and they even ask for a tip lol. I’m already not a fan just for that reason, but today was the cherry on top for me (no pun intended). Night market night placed an order at the window while waiting over 10 minutes to do so with only one family in front of us and no cars in the drive thru - placed order and paid. Large family after us starts getting their ice cream served to them while we are still waiting…anyways she was clearly annoyed I called her out on it and seems that the order was forgotten/missed whatever but with a refund we were on our way and hopefully won’t be returning. What a shame.
