Chicken was made fresh. Was having issues with the self ordering kiosk, and when I asked to just place my order at the front desk I was met with some serious attitude. Food was still good tho

Went through drive through waited over 15 minutes...my big couch had spicy crap on it i couldn't eat it..if your in a rush avoid this place

Online and phone orders are a waste of time, order supposed to be ready at 5 show up and get told it will be half an hour. They don't start working on your order until you show up to pick it up. Taxi driver has also been waiting 30 minutes for an order for delivery. Someone else showed up 30 minutes after their pick up time and got told 25 more minutes. What a bunch of clowns.
Ordered spicy snack wrap combo and drink WITHOUT ice.
Waited 15 mins in drive through and recieved normal snack wrap and a drink WITH ice. Unfortunate.

Horrible kfc small chicken I swear recently they have cut the portions in half if you go to any other kfc it's a whole different experience so don't waste your money here just go to another plus they make you sit in the back Everytime cause they don't want to rush and want their drive through ticker to go up

We occasionally get takeout from this KfC and often it’s the same worker/manager who’s working when we go. Unfortunately I’m not sure of his name but he’s incredibly kind, friendly and provides excellent customer service. We always get hot & fresh chicken and everything is always delicious, have yet to have a bad experience!

Went once and will never go back as my order was missing something I noticed in the car and went back in to ask about it and the girl working argued that it was in the bag. I was very polite and just said that I had emptied the bag and didn't receive it at this point she sighed heavily then looked in the warmer where surprise...it was sitting. She handed it to me with no words at all. I miss when companies actually treated their customers well.
