Terrible service by the lady at front( Tall lean, dark haired lady, wearing spectacle). We ordered 3 breakfast wraps and the lady at the front gave us cold food. When we requested it to be heated, she did not like it and tried argue with us. I don't understand the issue here, does McDonald's have a policy of NOT serving hot food. Anyway this will be the last time going to this McDonald's. The person who owns the franchise please ask your staff to behave themselves on the job. People are paying not only for the food but also for good service.

Every time I order from these morons something is Missing, the food is old( I know because I worked at McDonald's for 4 years) cold and after spending 65 dollars for this garbage im pissed and my 2 extremely upset children are having to wait for somethingelse for dinner because it isnt eddible.wouldnt even feed it to a starving animal. who ever is running this place needs to focus on quality instead of cutting corners ,under paying, understaffing and encouraging unsafe food handling. Deplorable. Place should get shut down.

Not too sure what employees are focused on but it is not customer orders or how to make a burger... I got the Big Arch burger and somehow they messed up and made it with a Thai chili sauce? idk was disgusting. I've ordered and paid for a double quarter pounder BLT but only received a single even though im paying for a double AND it's in a "double" box.. where is my other patty? (Krusty crab would do better) I get places get busy but this has happened when we've been the only people there, im concerned for the workers lol

I went to McDonald’s to get the new limne tie McFlur and my buddy ordered a quarter pounder with cheese (plain) when we got to the window the extremely rude middle-age, Asian woman did a terrible thing, and forgot to make it plain. The Asian women then was racist and said “you have no rights because u are black” and yelled at us to get out of the drive through.
