Made an order that cost me $108. The sub in the photo is SOAKED in sauce and the wrong sauce too. Had to bring this back after paying door dash delivery fees. Other subs had wrong toppings, stale bread that was falling apart. MARK was rude about the bringing back of the sub when we wanted a new one made. Also couldn’t get a refund for this.

We bought two subs last night August 18 th. One salami one assorted , we get home open up and both buns were stale, we tried to eat because they are not cheap. Gave up and threw them both out.
Not impressed at all
Went in today, absolutely horrendous service. The girl working was by herself and took thirty minutes to make four subs. She needed the customers help to close a lid because she couldn't do it. At this point I was annoyed, thirty minutes for four subs is not acceptable. If you plan to be a cheap owner and only have one person working, make sure they are efficient, quick and know what they are doing. Then the next customer ordered three subs and I didn't have the time to wait, so I left. This is my first time here and I won't be back, unless I have a day to kill and want to watch a sloth build sandwiches.

Been before and enjoy Mr Sub. Arrived at 8:53 and the girl wouldn't make a sub as she said she was closing. 9 pm is their posted close time.
I went in at 2:23pm today and had used my reward on an online order. I went in to pick it up and the nightmare began from there. She asked me if I wanted it toasted which I replied to with yes and she didn't toast it. I wanted mayo and caesar as my dressings and she only put mayo. Those are little mistakes so I overlooked them. She had the receipt for my order in her hands that I had placed online and once she was done making it she refused to give me my sub until I paid for it. I had already used my reward on the online order I placed, the order was paid for!! I showed her my e-mail confirmation and order number along with the transaction. But yet she denied me my food!! I said I would call the manager and left. As I am sitting in my car on the phone the man who works the gas desk ran my sub out to me and said she made a mistake and that she had the receipt, but probably just got confused. I've worked fast food there was no need for this confusion when all she had to do was listen to me and look at what I was showing her. I have never experienced this EVER before anywhere. This woman needs to be fired!!! Will never be returning to this location ever again! The worst experience of my life at any fast food place.

Excruciatingly slow service. Took well over 10 minutes to have 2 seafood sandwiches made. The seafood mix was not made properly, it was bone dry, no binder mixed in like other locations do. I will not be returning. Waste of

Although it is inside a gas station, the quality does not suffer. Beats the heck out of subway. Roast beef sub was magical

Always a good experience!
My experience was great. The younger kids made my sub wonderful. It was tasty and lots if toppings, and the bread was to fresh.
