call repeatedly and phone is never answered. when phone is answered staff are rude and treat you like they are annoyed when you ask questions about offers. this place needs an ownership overhaul

We called to order our pizza for my son’s first birthday. They initially told us to call the day of his birthday (the next day) and order for delivery…. We called the next day on my son’s birthday and they couldn’t give us delivery until 4:00pm because delivery driver called in sick. That was a bummer since we had a house full of people I had to send someone 15 mins both ways to get the pizza for us. All in all the pizza was really good but was hoping the delivery part would have worked out better.

Food, always amazing, ordered the Melt, first time I did that and last time I do that. Had it delivered. The bread was over cooked and very crunchy, so I had a hard time chewing it. I'll never order a melt again, I didn't know that is how they come, if I want over cooked food, I'll just put my toaster oven on high. watch what you are doing

Tried to order online for the deal several different times but it will not accept the order we let them know but they do no do anything about it! So now you pay full price and they didn't put on the extra 2 toppings (pineapple and green olives) which we ordered and paid for. Also one and a half to 2 inches of just crust all the way around the entire pizza. Basically we ended up with a small pizza minus 2 toppings for $22.00. Very very disgusted!!!

Ordered through Uber, the pizza was delivered in a plastic bag...the box that pizza traditionally comes in was missing.

Replying to the owner. I'm just as confused as you are with the plastic bag...and Uber does deliver from your store. Look up "ghost/shadow ordering."

I had really bad pizza here a few days ago. I filled out the survey they send out from Pizza Hut. Wrong crust and wrong toppings. I have not been able to come back. No response from the local restaurant. Not sure who is responsible.
Great service they even brought my pizza out to my vehicle when it was ready and everything tasted

I ordered through skip the dishes….the order was 20 min late. The pizza melt was over cooked but still managed to be cold upon arrival. The boneless chicken wings had little to no sauce on them.

We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our 15 yr old daughter while she was home sick. We left her a 50 dollar bill to pay $19 for a small gluten free pizza with 2 toppings. The driver would not give her the change from the $50. He kept telling her he didn't have change and left with the $50. No one contacted me even though my phone number and name was on the receipt. 6 hours later, we got home and had to contact the store to get the change. The manager was decent about the whole thing but the owner would not even listen to a thing we had to say. One of the employees asked us why we didn't call sooner and how was the driver to know she wanted change and it wasn't a tip?
