I really loved this location. Service was great, food was on time and consistent with what I am used to up north where I live. I would highly recommend this location of Pizza Hut to anyone in the area, or passing through as I was.
EDIT - April the manager called me the day after the incident. She was VERY friendly and confirmed managers are allowed to process refunds over the phone and that the employee did not know that. She processed my refund and also gave me another $20 credit to my account if we choose to go back in the future. Terrible customer service. Wanted to use our $25 credit that was given to us due to a previous mistake (should have known to just not bother to order again from them). Long...
It seems every time I'm here there's only one person working and they're busier than all get out. Out but truth be told they do a darn good job of getting it done well quick and hot. Food's always good people that work here are fantastic you won't be disappointed.
