First time there, had a free flight book to try and was very impressed. Beer was delicious, staff friendly and atmosphere was great for a small place. Highly recommend.
Nice craft beer, support local
Stopped in for the first time early on a Saturday afternoon when it was not yet too busy but people were starting to come in. We were immediately drawn to the casual and friendly atmosphere. The playlist, acoustic covers peppered with some alt rock standards, was noticed and appreciated and was suitable for the venue and the vibe that works for us. I had a pint of the Small Batch New England Pale Ale while my companion had a Big Hef’n Hammer. They went down very well and I had a second. We had a good chat with the proprietor, Chris. He was a friendly guy who gave us a run down on his operation, weekly and seasonal events and offerings. I liked the fact that there is a coffee roaster, O-JOE Coffee, embedded in the location that is open in the mornings which is something I’d come back and try. Although we didn’t plan to eat, we shared a small order of nachos, which we added chicken to. They were the best nachos I’d had in a long time - fresh and tasty. They didn’t skimp on the chicken (which actually tasted like chicken). While I’m not generally a sauce fan, there was a perfect amount of bbq sauce (?) to give the nachos a zing but not enough to drown the chips and create a soggy mess which is often the situation. This was balanced by a decent serving of jalapeños. Simple and tasty. Overall a great experience and we will return!
Always looking to try local craft breweries, drove out to this area from Hamilton to pick up some beers.
Was told they aren't selling cans this weekend due to it being Saint Patrick's Day weekend, and they didn't want people walking around drunk with their beer... no notice online
It was Friday at 7pm and I was planning on bringing them home.
Poor attitude expecting the worst from people trying to support you
The food and beer were great. Staff was lovely and helpful.
Had a wonderful first (but not last) visit to the Rusty Wrench! We popped in to use a coupon from a Tasting Tour book, which allowed us to enjoy a flight of 4 out of the 6 offerings on tap. They were all good, but we both enjoyed the Big Hef'n Hammer the best. There is a good selection of cocktails and kocktails. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken dip.. it was 11/10. Delicious. We listened as the owner talked to a couple at the bar, kind in explaining how the beers are made, answering questions about the drinks, menus, procedures they make sure to follow to adhere to heath regulations,, etc. They even extend the hours past the posted close time should there be patrons. Amazing customer service and pride of ownership. We'll definitely be back. The only reason I am giving 4 stars inside of 5 is because of limited beer selection/lack of a darker beer like a stout or porter for the fall-winter season, which is what we were really hoping for.
A cool spot with some tasty brews! Great, friendly service. Worth a stop in.
Fantastic beer and great food. Their Heff is worth the drive.
Fantastic guy, great great food, tasty beers and a nice spot at the window. Perfect lunch with my bro in law!
Have been here a number of times and always had some great beers on tap and we shared some appetizers the last and got to say we had an excellent IPA yo go with our food. Are waitress was spot on and she loved the dogs, which were treated royally. Hope to make it back soon.

Vibes were great while i was in! Nachos were super good, and the pickle beer was surprisingly tasty. Was able to sample the lime cervasa that they had on tap and took a 6-pack to go. A great spot to stop for a drink and a bite to eat!
Owner was very nice too!

The beer is terrible, have options besides the junk you make your self
Great beer, great food, great staff.
Drinks (beer and cocktails) were on point. (Shout out to NE1 Spirits.) Food was delicious. Very welcoming people. Had a great night hanging out here.
