The service that I received was horrible and one of the servers was very rude about explaining there is no favour in the pop machine and when I tried to explain to that pop machine needs a sign saying saying something about it

I visited this Subway location today, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff member who helped me was rude and seemed uninterested in assisting properly. She muttered and seemed irritated when I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and the meat to be heated, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Good customer service is just as important as the food, and this experience left a bad impression.

Clearly new ownership as the staff is completely different. No one knows what they are doing, the food quality is horrible. The vegetables are clearly past their shelf life and are still being offered to customers. Every single container is freezer burnt, every bit of lettuce and cucumber is brown. Every sub looks like it’s been made by a toddler. What an embarrassment.

this place re dates there food and uses out of date meats, i learned this from a x employee

Normally I go here and it's a pleasant experience. Today I left feeling very dissatisfied. It was a short female behind the counter. The worker was very rude and made no effort to be kind. She had an attitude as if "I don't want to be here so I'm going to make it awful for others". I then proceeded to clearly tell her my order that both subs had the same topping but different sauces. I tell her to put mayo on both. Then I say I want honey mustard sauce on the second sub. She proceeds to put it on the first sub, completely messing up my order. If it wasn't for ppl waiting behind me I would have had her remake it. She proceeded to wrap up the subs completely silent, with a terrible demeanor. I had to ask for a bag for two subs. I'm not coming here again.

Biggest rip off of a salad. I do not like subways gluten free Buns but need to eat gf so got a salad. Bowl not even half full. 3 leaves of Spinach, 2 cucumber slices, a few hot peppers and onions and a handful of Lettuce. How $7.79 could be charged for this (veggie delight so not even any meat) I'll never know but won't order it here again
