The service today was terrible. First I felt rushed this lady didn't let finish speaking and the cookies I ordered was dried out and stale and my friend ordered a fountain drink and everything was clear and no flavor and she told the lady about the lady was very rude.

Lots of good options for food I like the Italian sub or the pizza sub. I can’t remember which one but subs are on top. I got I got there on the reopening and got a free Dr Pepper awesome super awesome.

Unbelievable service, and not in a good way. Ordered online, app said it was ready. I even waited and extra 10 minutes before going to get it. Go to pick it up, and it hasn't even been started. What is the point of ordering ahead when they don't even start it??? There was another ladyhete in a similar situation who asked for a refund because she wasn't able to wait but apparently they "can't do that". Had to wait in the store for 35 minutes after the order was apparently "ready". This is also not my first bad experience. The last time I ordered here they apparently couldn't follow directions. 2 of the 4 items were wrong.
The girl was working alone at the front. Either she was alone in the store (very illegal) or her coworker(s) should have been helping her.
Got home, 1 sub of the 3 was correct. The other 2 were missing items.
It is sad to see the deterioration of this Subway since the newest ownership.

Order food for my family was around 80 bucks. Got the food had hardly any meat on none of the subs but so much vegetables Called both subways and they denied it. Well the food had to come from one of them as there are only 2 in this town. Called door dash they said it came from front street and called them back and they still denied it. This place is garbage. Never ordering again. They won't even do anything about it. Oh and they hung up on my bf.
