Stopped in here for dinner recently, and was very impressed! At first it was a little wierd ordering Swiss chalet in a fast food format at the counter, but they brought it to our table pretty quickly after ordering. The best part is you can order both Swiss chalet and Harvey's at the same time, so of course I got the chicken with the Pickle poutine :) Service was outstanding, everyone was so helpful and the staff were super happy, really was a good experience. Food was bomb! Chicken was a good size! Well definitely be back!

Have always loved Swiss Chalet despite some food quality issues through the years, as with so many other restaurants unfortunately. But with the state of food pricing at present time the waste of one's hard earned money is difficult to swallow. Most of the take out order was fine, however one of the sides, a ceasar salad, was inedible. Lettuce was wet and blackish. Does no one do quality control before it goes in the bag...does anyone in the restaurant business even care?

Honestly I was very disappointed with my order at the Strathroy Swiss Chalet. I do not typically write reviews but this is the second sub par experience I have had at this location. We ordered the quarter chicken dinner, and I don’t know what bird that was supposed to be a quarter of but it couldn’t have been a chicken. I understand shrinkflation is a real thing (not that I like it), but come on SC! I get that a “quarter” of a chicken is a little more relative then a quarter pound of beef, but you would think there would be some consistency after this many years in service.
I love Swiss Chalet but I have found the quality and consistency have gone downhill over the years.
