They gave uber the wrong order. I ordered full rack and 10 wings. The first pic is what I got, half chicken extra fries. $59 including tax, delivery and tax. Then Uber gave me a a $50 refund. So I reordered and got the right thing… interesting that it cost me over $60 the second time. The picture isn't clear but they did make grill marks on the ribs but both the chicken and wings were under finished… fatty and stretchy. I appreciate that they were trying to hurry because they didn't even start the re-order until after the driver arrived... but seriously, make me wait 5 more minutes and actually finish the food. Sigh I don't know. I ate 2 ribs and 2 wings and just can't choke it down. I can't take it back until after work. The one star! Food should never go out if it isn't cooked fully cooked. I doubt it could have reached 165 when being packaged to go out.

We always go here for lunch when we're in town. Main reason being,Trevor's customer service is amazing! The food is always tasty and hot. Only complaint would be the hard butter.

Its a split location with Harvey's but is also a sit down restaurant. You order like a fast food restaurant but they bring your food on real dishes like sit down service. My toddler was free to walk around safely and explore a little while we ate. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was amazing. I always bring mt grandma to Swiss for lunch and this location is her favorite.

This is the only Swiss Chalet location in Ontario that I encountered which refused to offer a complimentary quarter chicken dinner to a veteran on Remembrance Day. I was shocked to hear that a veteran—who was inquiring was denied the offer. To verify, I called every Swiss Chalet location in London and the surrounding area. Every single one, without hesitation, confirmed they were happy to offer a free quarter chicken dinner to veterans on Remembrance Day as has been the tradition since about 2008. This specific location, however, was the sole exception from Windsor to Hamilton. While I understand a manager may not be familiar with every policy, given that the customer specifically called ahead and other locations confirmed the offer, the decision to deny the veteran was a poor one. Honoring the one customer who inquired would have looked significantly better than being known as the only store that refused. Shame on the management for saying no.
