Tangs has been in town as long as I can remember. Was better years ago, yes. But is still excellent. Miss the buffet. And do remember folks., he is not a spring chicken anymore. Love the fact he's still open and going. What will YOU be doing at his age? So, bravo to him and his pride in what he serves!

It was my first time ordering from Tang's and I am happy! The older gentleman, who I assume is the owner, was very friendly and really brightened up my day. The food was great and the portions were fair for the price. I recommend the Shanghai Noodles!The fried rice has a delicious smokey flavor and does NOT taste like cigarettes, contrary to a previous reviewer's claims.

The rice tasted as though there was cigarette smoke around, tasted smoky/burnt. Egg rolles had no flavor. Chicken balls, basic... beef chow main, basic. I don't understand who is giving this place 5 stars. They must not know what really good food tastes like.

Best Asian food spot. I love it. Cantonese Chow Mein… Pork fried rice… Amazing, so good every time. The chicken balls are so good. It makes me feel so much better. The vegetables are fresh. It is so good. Takeout only. 100% worth the wait, most times it is 20-30min. Can be very busy right at 5pm. The owner is so nice! Brightens my week when I get to see him.

Cute little Asian food restaurant in downtown strathroy. Doesn't look like much inside and I'm sure the covid restrictions have taken their toll, but the service is good and the food is great.I particularly liked that they allow you to pick and choose the items in the family combo dinners rather than just accepting what they offer. IE fit the Dinner For 4 you pick your 4 items from a list, great idea!Chicken balls were not too doughy, vegetable beef was very good, and really like that the chicken in the chow mein was actually strips of breast, rather than the usual boiled bits. S&S sauce was thick and tangy.. very well done. If you haven't tried them yet get over there and try them.
