Had arancini to start and rigatoni with vodka cream sauce. Both were excellent !!! Would definitely go again. Atmosphere for Italian spot would be enhanced with music you can hear - was there but very low. Wait staff was really nice. Only negative was that service was slow BUT not fault of staff. I think the restaurant was busier than expected, plus a large group table and few wait staff. Restaurant could benefit from added wait staff for sure.

The Balcony is such a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal. The service is truly so amazing and personalized which I feel is rare these days. Everyone goes out of their way to make you are comfortable and well taken care of. The food is delicious and fresh and they have great drinks. It's a super cozy ambiance and they often have live music. Such a wonderful place for a night out and in a world of restaurants that have subpar service this one stands out as a gem in the rough!

We chose to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary at The Balcony because of their menu of wonderful Italian food choices from which we have eaten before as well as the excellent staff and beautiful setting from which to view the changing colours of fall. So happy we did. The food was delicious and the owner Gus as well as our waitress Domenica were attentive and efficient. After our meal, a fire was lit on the ground level which we descended to, from the upper level of the Balcony to enjoy the rest of our evening. We were delighted and surprised to find the thoughtful and generous owner Gus descending the stairs bearing two flutes of bubbly and Domenica carrying a huge portion of Tiramiscu to celebrate our anniversary. We highly recommend this fine dining establishment in Strathroy Caradoc. Word has it that they will be hosting a fantastic New Years Eve celebration at their adjacent event center too!

Lovely table at the bank of windows. Lovely decor and very attentive staff. Meal was absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend this restaurant. I enjoyed the gluten free pasta a la vodka. Made to perfection.

Great service and atmosphere. Owner and staff were very personable and kind to our family. From the colouring book to the s'mores kit the owner gave us to use outside by the fire, everything was very inviting. Food and drinks were also delicious. We will be returning!
