Group of 3 went for lunch. Restaurant was very busy and staff communicated this right away. They all worked great as a team to have us seated, got drinks ordered, and made sure food came out promptly and was correct. We love coming here whether for a quick bite or a group event. Rick and Andrew have a fantastic team!

Was invited with friends for the celebration dinner tonight of prime rib. Well we had a new server that was only her second shift. We had appetizers and all ordered the prime rib. Unfortunately the server had to ask repeatedly simply questions with no real answers until she had to check with someone. The prime rib arrived and was definitely a disappointment. More like an over cooked steak. I asked for a steak knife as I only had a butter knife and I was told I had to wait 10-15 minutes as they had to be run through the dishwasher. Once the knife arrived the meat was yet too tuff to cute. Our appetizer dishes remained on the table until I asked someone after we had already had dessert to remove them. This is only the second time I’ve been in the duke as the first time was greasy over cooked fish and chips that I deemed uneatable Yes my dinner was not charged but still overall not the best review on the food nor the service sorry to the duke but I thought you should know

Please train your staff to be transparent when disguising upsells as suggestions. No one wants to feel duped when the bill arrives which totally ruined this experience.

This place had a couple of menu items that I've not seen at other establishments of this type, which was great. Prices were reasonable, food & portion size was great, service was quick and great. Will definitely return here.
love going here. never had a meal at this restaurant that wasn't amazing. busy times can be a bit noisy with the amount of people but in general, a great place to go!
My first time here and the experience was amazing. Darryl, our host was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were the most important guests. The food was quick and delicious. Looking forward to returning!

The food was great and service to match. I had the chicken stir fry, which was delicious ? The only problem was finding the restaurant- park behind the shops and look for the patio.
