Terrible attitude from the majority of the workers. Would rather discuss the high school events of the week at max volume than serve customers.
Absolutely atrocious behavior and sympathy to the two employees out of 7 actually working.

Staff was completely disinterested and messed up a drive thru order. Seemed like social hour this morning for the high school kids behind the counter. Customer service is dead here.

If you’re going to badmouth a customer maybe make sure they’re out of earshot first.

This location is pretty good, staff are always cheerful and service is pretty quick.

First time eating here this past weekend and it was great. Believe it was a manager that was very polite and made sure there was customer service. So, I went back a few days later and .... wow. Disappointing. Let's start off with the girl with no care. It started off with "what do you want?" The no eye contact, rude , no smile, she was sooo cold. THEN , I was going to puke. Thank goodness I didn't order food . I watched a woman with gloves on LICK HER FINGERS to get a bag and then continued to grab a donut with the same hand! 🤮🤮🤮 wow. Ewwww. I'm now working in the area and will never be back to this location.

I’m not one to write a review, however, this experience was beyond fathomable. I am not sure of the circumstances, but please read this if you are considering this location.

I typically go to the other location, but after running errands, this was closer.
1st red flag: it was 4pm, all I wanted was a plain bagel toasted with butter, unfortunately only cinnamon raisin bagels left. Sad, but I’m not one to make a fuss, it will do.
2nd red flag: 10 minutes go by, the 2 cars in front of me do not move. People begin backing out of the drive thru, but I am committed to this bagel. It had been a long day.
3rd red flag: After 15 minutes, I’m at the window. I try my best to be kind to food industry workers as I know the job is probably not that enjoyable. Regardless, after waiting for what seemed like an eternity at the window. I finally paid.
4th red flag: After paying, I waited ANOTHER 5 minutes. Only for the girl to hand me an abomination, I wouldn’t even say this is a bagel, with the wrapping SOAKED in greasy butter. Not a word, or a smile.
Finally: I take a deep breath, smile and let it go. Only to open up the soaked paper, revealing this bad boy. Or should I say, BURNT BOY. What on earth is that? I took one bite and spat it out, absolutely disgusting waste of my time, disgusting service, and I will never get that silly $2 back.

Pretty unfortunate to be honest. If you are understaffed, hire. If you are blatantly disregarding customers, close. I assure you, driving 5 minutes down the road to the other location in Strathroy will be worth it.
- Sincerely, a sad bagel lover.

Horrible Tim’s. There’s never enough employees. They are always out of chilli, even at 10am. The employees are always angry because of the short staff ( not their fault). Coffee is fine and all food produced is the same as it is still a Tim’s, if don’t consider ants as out of the ordinary. I have bought Tim bits from location 3 times. And every single time, there were ants. Just go to the location next to staples instead.

I came in the morning with my 3 year old son. I love that some of the staff take the time to say hello to him and make him feel important. We were in there about 1/2 hr and I just want to say that the staff are friendly, pretty fast, not always efficient but when my order has been wrong in the past, they correct it immediately and always apologize. I prefer this Tims location out of the 3 here in town.
Keep up the great work folks!!

Kid-friendliness: Some of the staff go above and beyond to make sure my 3 year old son is greeted and feels acknowledged. He loves it.

We placed a mobile order and arrived at 9:40pm. Imagine our surprise when a store that closes at 11pm told us the kitchen is closed and cleaned. What is the point of being open until 11pm and you stop making food at 9:30pm?!? Terrible idea. Why allow app to let you order if you KNOW you won’t be able to fullfill the order?
