As I approached the drive-thru, I was uncertain whether it was operational or not. In order to clarify this, I politely greeted the staff by saying "hello" twice. However, it appeared that the individual working there did not appreciate my attempt to communicate.

Whoever was working at Tim Hortons tonight around 8:30pm needs to learn respect for costumers.

As of late there's been 2 issues. The scanner for the collection of points and paying, the Tim's app, is down more than working.Food rated 5 however the coffee which there is no rating option, I give a 2.It would be nice if the coffee consistently tasted the way it should & not a taste that makes you think whatever the coffee is made in and/or held in needs to be cleaned. Wasting my time to return or stop at another for a replacement is not a task I enjoy. For those 2 reasons, this is not a TH I want to stop at. At least regularly.

Service was friendly and helpful. Table in disrepair, and food overcooked.

Very dirty location. Washrooms are always locked to the public. I wash told that is die to drug use in the restrooms. If this is the case, then appropriate steps should be taken. IE, police involvement in cleaning up the downtown area. And why do paying customers have to be out the use of the restrooms? Most staff are very rude. And the manager named Cinnamon is very unprofessional.

Interesting crowd --- loved the woman with the drawn on eyebrows that was clearly enjoying her highs in life. Not a noisy place --- tables need to be fixed the WOBBLE and it's SOOOO annoying.Didn't eat my donut . . . Iced cappuccino... I don't miss them to say the least.I make my own coffee now at home. (? Proud Coffee Drinker Alert) husband's is epic!!Overall my company was the best part ??♿ Accessable ?Accessibility ?Parking and building to code - doors working - space available in sitting area✨Parking: Enough spots ♿ Accessibility ?Wheelchair accessibility: No worries here ♿

I'm impartial to whatever location, however, service and atmosphere could use improving. Which could be solved by paying your employees more. And no, I don't mean that as a snarky slight. The performance of your employees is directly indicative of what you pay them. To quote Gordon Ramsey "if you pay pennies, expect a bleeping circus". Why not be the first fast food company to pay a living wage?Imagine what that would do for the brand, and positive clout among the zeitgeist and culture? Especially when cost of living is what it is today.Just my two cents.Cheers.Vegetarian options: Appreciate the almond milk.

This past Sunday morning I walked into this location. There was two young girls yelling at each..one told the other she hated the other. They slammed the git chocolate machine 2x. I stood and watched..no one waited on me..A young man came up..he took my order which was large for Tim hortons. It was a gong show from the moment I arrived ..nothing was right in my order except the coffee. Missing items in the wraps.. just a horrible experience..the real issue.. I called and asked for either the owner or district manager call me..i was fuming.. but respected the person on the other end of the line..Did anyone call.. not ...I must be honest..I have seen large popular companies come and go..tims must think that they are irreplaceableThat xan easily change..too bad..I went there daily.. no more

This place always always always just ignores what you want. I have been going here almost every day for a month now. I ask for the same thing, and the employees just ignore what you say. Today I literally asked for what I do every time. Sausage breakfast, English Muffin, double toasted extra butter. She just put in sausage breakfast sandwich, that was it. I called her on it because you can see what you ordered. They just said oh, pretended to do something and then said ok. Nothing changed. And I obviously didn't get what I ordered because I watched the other lady make my order. No double toast and no butter at all. I'm so tired of it. I'll just go somewhere else. Also everyone seemed to be miserable in there, just outwardly complaining about people's orders to each other.

Food and service was slow, however an employee came in late. Instead of taking them to the back to reprimand them, I believe the manager, did so in front of the person in drive thru and 6 or 7 people inside. They proceeded to complain that she tried to get them by texting and calling and they hadn't answered. I understand that was needed, but not how it was done. There was no reason to do that in front of everyone and embarrass anyone working there. Not impressed at all.
