Just visited this location the dining area was filthy. They got my order wrong and the staff making sandwiches doesn’t clean her work station between orders.

Tim Hortons policy is to not park cars. This location is constantly inflating their drive thru times by parking cars and running food & drinks out later. Taking people from behind the counter and making them run back and forth to the parking lot does not, in fact, speed up service. As I type this, 3 employees are wandering amongst the 5 cars the Shift Manager has parked. It’s a drive thru, not a park thru.

Dear owner....I have been coming to your franchise for many years now and always experience staff that is struggling with all the orders due to understaffing! The young people are doing the best they can. Now, they have to deal with customers entering their orders at the stations and get yelled at when they service customers at the counter. Not all seniors can use these machines. Your staff is overwhelmed, and you are nowhere in sight ever to manage or even see that there are issues. There needs to be extra staff now to fill the orders coming from the computers. Like I say...not everyone is comfortable with this method of ordering. Please be kind to your staff. They really are working hard but you don't keep enough staff around and it makes for a very stressful workplace including the frustration a client experiences. I have been watching this for a very long time and I just can't believe you don't see the problems. You must not be around ever to watch how your skeleton crew has to struggle. Guess if this is going to continue I will support Timmy's down the road or in Mt
Brydges that have lots of staff and clients are taken care of. Not your staffs fault. You are the one that needs to see how inefficient your Timmy's is run.
One person making sandwiches.....filling orders from machines and trying not to ignore line-ups at the cash.
Please do something to improve this. I will be a customer for a few more times and see if things have improved. Thank you.
Renovation with limited seating capacity, always lined up, old deaf employees, and honestly- Racist people!!
May 21st, 2025 Wed. approx.10 am drive-thru debit not working, therefore I went inside to place my order.
As I patiently waited in line, I observed a clean, bright, modern business with the drive-thru employees chatting an laughing, seemingly not as busy as I've previously seen. The one female employee working the counter now she was serving customer after customer consistently at all tasks, professionally. I did mention to her that, from what I viewed, I thought she was good at her job. Come to find out she has only been with TH for a few days. I left with my coffee, my goodies, and a smile, thanks to her.
This morning I went in for 3 drinks and a 10 pack of timbits. Everything in my order was correct and executed well. I want to give props to Brandy who was working front cash this morning and made sure everything in my order was correct but, she did seem rather stressed due to being by herself but, regardless she was super sweet and very friendly.
The slowest Tim Hortons. Consistently.
They only take one order at a time and complete it before even asking the person at the speaker what they want. Happens every time. 2 vehicles or 20 doesn’t matter. Horrible
I don’t know how my coffee is always wrong here your buttons are off or you need new employees
Need to quit hiring kids who don't want to make coffee and make it right. Location doesn't have darkroast fresh ever when the kids are working and will try pass off original as dark roast. Please retrain the children working the 4:00 shift today and would not make me a dark roast and handed off the original roast for a second time after 10 min wait.

Today I went through the drive through placing my order I wasn't done with my order then said I need another tea and coffee the lady sid like was take to long. When I got to the window I said you guys usually asked if i am done with my order the lady then said oh well we don't do that her she wasn't very not Customer friendly. Sounds like crabby
I was very unhappy whit my Timmies visit today.
Not clean in all aspects. Tables floors ,washrooms. But yet there is time for talking in-between employees. Your coffee cups should be more insulated like McDonald's cups.

Seriously? We pay to have decent food, not samples. Not only your staff say we are out of items (roasted onions and vanilla dip donuts), but they "sample" the amount of beef in the heavily advertised roast beef craveable.
Tim horton reputation is on the decline at every store.

Today I ordered an extra-large dark roast coffee, and while observing a trainee prepare my order, I noticed that the coffee pot was insufficiently filled. Instead of brewing a fresh pot, a crew member, whom I believe was a manager, instructed the trainee to add hot water to my cup to fill it up.
When I received my coffee, I found the cup nearly a quarter empty. The taste was diluted, clearly lacking the rich flavor of a proper dark roast due to the added water. I returned to the store and discussed this with the trainee, who confirmed she had been directed to do so. I then spoke with the manager, who apologized and prepared a new coffee for me. I emphasized that it is unacceptable to dilute coffee in this manner, and I would have preferred to wait for a freshly brewed pot.
This practice not only compromises quality but also raises serious ethical concerns. I worry about how often this may occur in order to cut costs. Such actions could be considered fraudulent and warrant significant attention. I believe this issue needs to be addressed by your head office to prevent further incidents.

Be thankful if they get your order right! Last time I was here, I ordered a Breakfast sandwich (Sausage, egg & cheese on a plain bagel) with steeped tea (Medium, milk and sugar.) I received a black coffee and a toasted (burnt) everything bagel with nothing on it...and was told to leave when I asked for the right order...
