My co-workers and i order from a&w every second Saturday. Usually hefty orders. Not one time did we get what we ordered. Missing fries. Missing drinks. Poutines with no forks. Missing onions rings. Usually takes about an hour to get our Missing items brought to us. We only have a small window of time for lunch and having to wait an hour for half our meal is stupid. With the absurd pricing and costs of eating at their restaurant, one would think the service would be impeccable. Lost 4 customers in one shot. Way to go a&w sturgeon falls.

Haven’t eaten fast food in ages but usually have a good experience with A&W in Sturgeon. Until tonight. Ordered through the app and when I get home my poutine has no gravy not even a drop, my double teen burger didn’t have any bacon, lettuce or sauces and to top it off the patties were burnt! My one treat a month ruined!

I got my daughter a mama burger combo. She loved it. The counter crew was nice and courteous of course credit to the back end crew preparing a well out together burger.

Drove through this A&W and there was only one staff running front counter and drive thru. I waited over 15 min in drive thru for my order. I don’t recommend if you are on limited time. Very slow service.

Horrible drive thru service @ the Sturgeon Falls Ontario location.. first they gave us half our order, then said they didn’t charge us for everything so we paid more and still didn’t get our full order.. the employee went to get another person to help straighten things out.. they were going over 10-12 different receipts and still couldn’t figure it out.. 20 mins later they get another person to help.. he said he had to refund us as we were over charged.. he pushes a bunch of buttons and then says ok you owe $10 and something.. by this time we have no idea what they are charging us for.. we have 2 kids crying for their chicken finger kids meal that they still didn’t receive .. a huge line up behind us of customers that are prob wondering why we are holding up the line… and still no receipt… I said NO I’m not paying a 3rd time after you just told me you had over charged us.. just give me the 2 kids meals and we will be on our way. He refused and identified himself as the manager.. we refused to pay anymore and just said just give us a refund… one child had eaten half their meal already… so instead of saying they were sorry for the long wait and the 2 mistakes in the orders and the mistake saying we were over charged but hey you have to pay us $10 and change more now.. the manager decided it was better to take all the food back and refund us than to give the other two children their meals.
Wow!! Horrible customer service… and now they have to throw out all that food…
