My experience was terrible I was going in the drive-through and I waited approximately 15 minutes maybe 20 for two buddy burgers to hear me out. We also got an onion ring on top and when we got to the window, they forgot the onion ring so I waited another 10 minutes equivalent to that time that’s all I gotta say thank you but this A&W is terrible at the end of the day

Drinks were watered down. Had staff replace root beer with ice tea both were watered down. Ate a few fries, seemed like a few tasted like mold. Not cleaning fry cutter or trays I think. Burger was fine, seems like they add alot of lettuce to hide the smaller patty.

Went to get a momma burger meal with onion ringsand they charged 4 dollars more than usual. And 30 cents extra for seasoning salt when the onion rings are supposed to come with it on them .. never coming back I eat here every day pretty well and will not be back ! 😡

Had to reenter restaurant twice, once for missing drink, again for missing dipping sauces. The women’s bathroom was unavailable for use due to cleaning, but they had him abandon this job to help in the kitchen three times while I was in there. I never got to use the facilities. Very disappointing experience. I wish the seasoning salt were still available to buy. But the food was very good.
The young ladies were very pleasant and helpful at the restaurant in Sturgeon Falls, down to cutting our sandwiches in half so we could handle them easier while driving. thank you Simran
