“I've always loved coming to Twiggs - had so many great memories here over the years. Went with my mom this morning hoping for a nice breakfast with that beautiful view. Unfortunately, it was pretty disappointing. The place was completely empty when we walked in, just one girl behind the counter cutting cucumbers. We walked right up to order and she literally moved to the other side of the counter to keep cutting, never even looked at us or said anything. Look, I get it - prep work has to get done and maybe they're short staffed. But just a quick "hey, I'll be right with you" would've been nice. We're standing there for a few minutes waiting and she's acting like we don't exist...so we walked out. It's just not the same Twiggs it used to be, which makes me sad because I really want this place to do well. The location is still gorgeous and the potential is there, but the service needs work. Hoping they can get back to making customers feel welcome again!“
