How is this a McFlurry? Not mixed and smarties sprinkled on top to make it look like it was… disappointed

My friends visited this place yesterday evening, it took too long to get our order, we had to wait for a long, even the place wasn’t busy. The staff members were behaving strangely especially the manager, she doesn’t know how to behave well. She was looking as if we have done something wrong by ordering the food.
This is LITERALLY the worst McDonald's i have ever been to. They are so slow. Constantly forget my dip. Last week they forgot a whole medium fry. And today, the water in the bathroom sink was off. Makes me wonder how employees have been washing their hands....

I ordered on my app and they somehow gave us 1 coffee when we ordered 2 tea. I went up to ask for the second tea (not realizing the other one was coffee) and they gave me plain when I asked for milk in it. It was quite frustrating.
We’ve also been here a few times over the years and the tables and chairs are never clean and washrooms always seem to be out of something.
We only ever stop in if we need something when we pass through and no one else is available and each time, we’re always disappointed by the atmosphere and our orders being messed up.

The foods good half of the time, but the other half they mess up on the meals. Iv always loved eating a mcdonald's but it's expensive now.
Kid-friendliness: Mcdonald's is literally just for kids, some Mcdonald's have playgrounds for the children.

Nice little restaurant but the gentleman cleaning the lobby and table area was outstanding he was kind and helpful.

The food was ok but the lady that we received our food from was not very pleasant at all she was unpleasant and could be a little more friendly with the customers. She used no manners or contact once so ever she seemed annoyed to be serving us.
