I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received at McDonald’s today from Gage.
He noticed us immediately when we walked in, greeted us with a great attitude, and was patient while taking our order. He listened carefully, made sure everything was right, and kept the interaction positive the entire time. He even slid in the upsell at the end and as a business owner myself, I genuinely appreciate that. That’s confidence and professionalism done right.
I’ve had some disappointing experiences at this location before, but today was completely different. Gage’s attention, energy, and customer service were refreshing.
10/10. Keep this guy! He represents your brand well.

Some of the worst food ive ever had in my life came from this mcdonalds. Typically meat trays are supposed to be thrown away and rotated out with fresh patties every 30 minutes or so, but nearly every time I get a burger here I am served a dried out charred piece of garbage passing for a burger. Would not recommend, steer clear of this location for your own health and safety.

Everytime i come here late at night they always tell me they aren't selling any of the things i ask for. I got fed up and decided that i am no longer ordering from them anymore after i asked for a big mac combo and they told me that they aren't selling anymore fries for tonight. Whats the point of being open 24 hours if you're not gonna sell anything after a certain time. I can understand certain things not getting sold after a bit but atleast fries which takes no time to make should still be sold. Pretty sure the workers just didn't wanna make the food.

I hate to be this person. This is not the first time I can note a mistake made by McDonalds. A one time mistake, sure, a reoccurring issue across various locations, ridiculous. This evening, while travelling, I stopped in with my family to have a quick bite to eat after a long day. We specifically ordered 3 burgers, the employee on the microphone read it back to us twice, as well as did the employee at the window. We waited 10 minutes at the window for our “fast food”, and then as we drove away and decided to eat, we opened the bag to find 2 cheeseburgers, with a time crunch to reach our destination and no time to turn around. Missing a cheeseburger, not a big deal, constantly missing items from an order, there is an operational error. Working in restaurants for over several years, I know how the functions of boh and takeout/expo function. Though this has not always been an issue at McDonald’s locations, it has severely worsened over the last few years, not even for myself but other acquaintances and family of mine. Truly disappointed in what “fast food” or the concept of counting has become at McDonald’s.

Each time I order here they always either mix up my order with someone else's or they mess up my own order and I cant even eat it any more. Iv had very few good dinning experiences here, and the only time I can enjoy it is if I get doordash but then it becomes like 10x more expensive so its not even worth it anymore.

Dont even bother, honestly.. I have a nightshade allergy and cant eat ketchup, and they put ketchup on it everytime I ask them for no ketchup, its incompetent. Not worth your money. Go to any other place here for food
Show up at 540am. Worker standing in the office with his back turned to me. Call out to him, but no acknowlegment. See another employee wandering in the back, yet no acknowledgement. This isnt the first time ive had issues arriving in the morning to get food and no one is around. And for further clarification, I cannot go through the drive-thru due to driving a commercial vehicle.
