I have been going to the Sturgeon McDonald’s for 25 years, tonight was the first time I felt mistreated. The drive- thru lady was rude and stressed out over me questioning why my order wasn’t correct. She voiced that she was working alone and that she would correct my order in a very rude manner, and then rushed away. I had been waiting over 10 mins and still didn’t get any food.My complaint is really more towards the lack of staff to support this young lady. It is Friday night and she shouldn’t be having to run around stressed out.

Stopped for a coffee. Used washroom, was clean. Had a quick convo, he asked if it was senior. I said yes thanks for asking. He said it's hard to ask. Some people get upset. I said I can imagine, people are so into themselves.

The guy that was working that morning was very polite and efficient thanks StephParking: Sturgeon falls Ontario I'm a pedestrian but I walk by everyday the parking to much and difficult to get around drive threw I've been a passenger going through the drive throughKid-friendliness: I find it to small for the amount of kids go in there with there parents it seems to be a struggle to get around

Not a sit in friendly McDonald’s. You need to ask for ketchup, straw, napkins, salt, pepper etc because all of that stuff is behind the counter.I’d go for drive through maybe, but I wouldn’t go here if you want to dine in.Picture shows per much the entire restaurant inside.
