Tim Hortons on front Street is one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been at . The employees are very friendly. The person that served me was Lise , the service was fast and she was very polite. Way to go Lise, great job.

Before when entering Tim Hortons 82 Front street there was a lot of good vibes the place had a pleasant atmosphere my son worked there happily serving customers with a big geniune smile on his face he loved his job until he accepted a temporary position doing night shifts as baker and couldn’t get his day position working up front with his team during the day back so was given the harsh treatment being told he must continue his night shift as baker or quitting when there was indeed spaces available for him he was manipulated and forced between the decision night shifts or quitting yet East Indians are being hired all the time up front! What about my son? I’m throughly disgusted Tim Hortons 82 Front street shame on you treating my son like dirt after his long quality service as a team member. The whole 82 Front street has a bad energy to it. When locals mention not seeing my son I’m given the opportunity to tell these locals genuinely what happened they know of his experience and are not impressed by Tim Hortons ethics.

Tim Hortons is always great. I have been going to Tim Hortons for 45 years now. They have great coffee, donuts, Muffins, bagel, sandwiches, and wraps.

I was at the Tim Hortons this morning at 4:15 AM. The young man was trying to buy a small coffee at the drive-through as I got in line. The employee threw him a small coffee on him instead of serving him. The young man had money tried to give it to me so I can buy the coffee for him, I’m very concerned about this kind of service doesn’t matter how he dress or what he looks like. He is still a customer. He had money. Yet the employees would not help them or serve him. I believe the employees needs a good review on their ethics and service Manners. I sometimes go out in my grubby and wonder if I will be treated the same way as this young gentlemen because of the way I am dressed?

Just went thru drivethru and server was very unfriendly...no hello no anything...when I got my order I started to say thank you very much and she just handed it to me and turned away immediately. Perhaps she needs training in customer service. It was 10:14 and not busy.
