No offense intended to the residents of Sturgeon Falls. The bathroom showed signs of heavy vandalism, which was quite noticeable. Additionally, the place was packed, feeling as crowded as a can of sardines. Had to pass on ordering food.

Decide to go for a walk and decided to stop in to get a green tea front doors are locked can't take my order cuz I don't have a vehicle. Website says open 24/7 their service window was open and they told me they could not serve me because I didn't have a vehicle.

I was coming home from work and saw the drive thru was busy so I decided to walk in. I waited at least 10 minutes and no one served me because they were all working for the drive thru so I walked out and will never go back. There should be someone at the cash at all times to serve your in-coming customers. Very disappointed.

Very fast service, amazingly fast. Best Tim Hortons I've ever visited.Addendum: This specific Tim Hortons has been this consistently fast for the past 8+ years. They deserve, in my humble opinion, to be recognized for the excellent management which is leading to great teaching and awesome morale. These guys produce the friendliest, happiest, customer facing staff I've ever encountered. Which also says something about the staff themselves, I think. Thanks for all you guys do. We see it.

Normally a great place to get coffeeHowever they have hired a young man who has open warts all over his hands and doesn't wear gloves.I spoke with management about my concerns I was told he isn't handling food just passing coffees and wrapped food to drive thru customers.When I said our mouths go on the coffee cup lids she laughted.I understand he is able to work, but he should be wearing gloves even on drive Thru.
