Another pull start Hortons. English is well spoken and understood. I suggest drive through, half the town lives in this place from 5am to 10-11 pm

absolutely disgusting service, they are slow, do not listen to your order, do not make the food properly, and also give you a lot of attitude when you correct them on your order. The female manager was very rude, derogatory and very offensive, Staff cannot figure out how to make their own product. Have to constantly return back to the store for them to fix your product and deal with attitude from the manager. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Something needs to be done immediately. Will never return every again.

So many times I've been told that they are cleaning the ice capp machine during AM rush time, I'm sure the cleaning can be done during night shift. Ever since to new owner took over, this Tim Hortons has gone down hill.

I have been coming to this specific Tim’s since it was built every morning in the drive through. A server yelled at me because I needed napkins to clean up a little spilt coffee that she had actually caused. Very heartbreaking to be honest I didn’t realize I had caused her so much trouble. I have lost my routine but will find a new one at the new spot almost ready to open it is on my way to work while this one required me to backtrack. I won’t be going back.
Rude clerk, incorrect order (didn't even offer to make it right) and what we did get was stone cold but should have been hot. Won't go back. Used to love this location. Too many instances like this lately. Ruined for us.
