Im going to Sudbury today I stopped by Tim Hortons this evening, because i get exhausted because of driving. it was such a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing — perfect for winding down after a long day and trip The coffee was hot and fresh, and my order came out quickly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even though it was later in the day. Everything was clean and well organised. I get confused about what i drink and eat. So many options so the staff suggested me about the evening deal 8.99 something i get flatbread pizza with donut and drink it was awesome experience next time When i go from this route i will definitely stop here.

On Oct 1,2025 at about 4 pm I ordered carrot walnut muffin and orange pekoe ( medium) . She handed me tea and bag, to my dismay the bag had Boston cream donut and tea was cold. What a waste of time and money. They can’t even understand and handle orders. Shame on the lady at drive through. I wish I could give them negative stars, spoiled my evening.

The longest wait times I’ve ever had at a drive thru in Canada. They made me wait 25 minutes just for a Coffee. And it’s an everyday story here. Staffs are rude as well especially the drive thru guy.

So disorganized and make you repeat your order 3 times in the drive thru and still manage to mess it up/don’t tell you they can’t make things until you get to pay window
Food is always hit or Miss, along with orders being done correctly. The assistant manager is always really unkind to the employees, and has really crushed morale there. Past employees don't even want to go back to work cause of it
