I have been to this location and had AMAZING service from people who didn't sound like I was ruining their day by ordering... But I've also had the opposite.As for food and drinks it's a toss up, sometimes they're great other times I get half a hot chocolate and pay full price.

I asked for a tray for my two coffees and this is what I got. A clearly used tray with coffee stains on all four spots and one even has a spot of dirt. I am shocked and disgusted. Did they dig it out of the garbage? I had previously left a 5 star review but now change it as there is no reasonable excuse for this. Yuck!

The shop serves you whatever they want to give you and you better not complain about it or you get banned. The baker answered when I called and hollered for someone else to take the call because it was the lunatic who always complains.
Watch out The prices you pay for don't match what is advertised on the board/menu. For example a wrap is listed at 7.79 (plus tax) but comes to 9.95 (tax included). I mentioned it to them and they are aware of the problem but say they don't know how to fix it. Kinda sheisty to be overcharging people knowingly
