Decent coffee and love the view

Day old baked goods were still fresh. Wasnt busy. Very lovely location. Staff are friendly. Parking lot/drive way is confusing.

I love twiggs coffee and this location for the outside seating and the view. We always take friends from out of town here!
Although we went there this morning for a coffee and a quick bite to eat .After paying and getting our drinks we waited and waited for our food that never came …if I didn’t go in and ask for my money back they would never have brought it because it got wiped out of the system for some reason?! The service was horrible!!!! Will not go back

The waitresses are rude . They also do not keep this place clean. Id be surprised if they arent making people sick on a regular basis. They can be heard arguing with each other in the back room while customers look on. Dissatisfied. Place is going down hill

Unfortunately, after five visits to this location, we will not be back.
Our first experience ordering two lattes we were given scolding hot drinks that tasted like they consisted of only milk.
Second, the milk had gone bad and it was completely undrinkable.
Third, the espresso was burnt.
Fourth, the drinks were wrong entirely.
This last replicated the first.
We wanted to enjoy the experiences because of the beautiful location and very nice atmosphere, but unfortunately we have yet to receive a proper order.

Went to Twiggs for birthday lunch. The service and atmosphere was perfect, however the food was not so great. Ordered nachos grande and it was more like a plate of nacho chips, lacking of toppings and cheese which would have to made it better to eat. Disappointed. Will I go back, maybe.

Wow, what a surprise! Road trip coffee, if you're looking to avoid Burger Hortons, is a hit and miss affair at the best of times. This was the best of times. The establishment is massive, tons of excellent seating inside and out, the coffee was as good as it gets and the cheese scones were delightful. Will def do again the next time we're anywhere close to Sturgeon Falls.

First time here and don’t think there will be a second. While ordering, we seen a sign that read “Yesterday’s baked goods 50% off” we grabbed a coffee cake, paid and went to sit outside. Upon opening the cake and each taking a bite we seen mold on it so I brought it to the counter where the person said “would you like one from the fresh options” and the other said “that’s what happens when they get left out over night” which is interesting to me considering baked goods wouldn’t mold over night like that, so the sign reading “Yesterdays baking” is false. She then proceeded to say “the new people don’t put them away at night” maybe trying to make me feel better about eating a moldy cake but actually just made me think what else are they doing wrong. So after that I go to get a cup of water from the container sitting on the ledge. And the thing is empty. The same girl pointing blame on the new people said “we just haven’t gotten around to filling it” which is crazy considering we arrived at 11am and they open at 8am. Three hours to fill a water container and it’s not done!?! She then says “are you guys the London fog and iced latte” we say yes thinking she would bring water out at the same time as our other beverages. She did not. I’m no stranger to this industry I think some full FOH training should be done along with some food safety training. Really unfortunate this was our experience, the location is beautiful but with everything done it’s really not worth the $54 price tag.

The views were stunning, and the boat access was convenient. However, the service left much to be desired—staff appeared to be undertrained. The food arrived cold, was sent back, and then returned only lukewarm. Additionally, the washrooms were not clean, and there was no soap available for hand washing.
