Twiggs Coffee Roasters

Always loved going to twiggs/working there but the past year or so has been nothing but issues and problems. There’s so much that needs to be changed or sorted with. The owner knows but acts like there’s nothing wrong. I know so much but I decide to be the bigger person and won’t air everything out. Twiggs used to be the #1 place everyone would go to and now it’s not. We lost a lot of regulars. One thing I would suggest is that the owner would be more active at work and not always be gone. I also suggest to whoever is taking care of their social media to actually post pictures and videos from the sturgeon location and not from others, it’s deceiving. I don’t recommend this specific location. Sudbury and north bay are fantastic tho!!

Every time I order from here they ignore preparation instructions and prepare the food how they like to despite very simple requests...like no hollandaise sauce, they covered my food in sauce anyways.

Really nice place to have your coffee while overlooking the beauty of Minnehaha Bay. Twiggs has a variety of foods to try.

I give 2 starts for service because there was only 1 person working even though there was more staff walking around.

First time here and it was a very poor experience aside from the cashier girl she was nice and trying her best.

Definitely no leadership here. We received cold food, asked to speak to the manager who around 45 minutes later when we were done eating she still didn’t arrive.

It’s about is pricy as Starbucks with none of the service.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend and if I was the owner I would find a new manager asap.

Nice view of the water. Been to Sturgeon Falls many times, didn't know this place existed.
Meal was really good. Service took a long time. I think they were understaffed, but happy and friendly

Service and location is always on point but the food there’s nothing special and I find some of the food is very high price for what you got.

Our Americano and Cappuccino tasted like water 💧 almost zero detectable coffee flavor. It took 25 minutes for our toasted western to come out...no seasoning, dry toast, no salt, just eggs toast, 4 small pieces of onions and like 2 pieces of ham.

For $16...

This places needs some adults to come and help. I don't think the teenagers running the place even drink coffee. Two tables on either side of us remarked about the tasteless coffee and super slow service of food.

Many tables left uncleared...seemed like a pretty manageable amount of customers and the place was operating like it was a train wreck.

Snooty little place for Sturgeon Falls. Remember Sturgeon is not Hollywood. Mediocre food and beverages, and unfriendly service.

Today was a busy day but they still manage to get my food ready on time was very delicious and my smoothie was good?? also took a pizza to go and was very good as well. Nice atmosphere, nice workers and some new trainees doing a good job. 5/5 would recommend! Will come again

Twiggs was understaffed with all staff trying their best but we waited 40 min for our pizza which was undercooked and table beside us was also complaining about food undercooked.Hope it's better next time as we enjoy supporting local.
