Costumer service was poor. Waited for a good 15 minutes to order and was ignored. Employees could see I was waiting to order but they kept walking by. It wasn’t even busy, there might have been 10 ppl in there. Most of them were already eating. I am usually pretty patient but the costumer service definitely needs work.

Cookies were stale, hard...no taste!!! Told server' asked when they were baked. no response, she probably didn't know. She said she loved them.I liked coming there, an en route stop, not a Sturgeon resident. Check your baking!!!

Dans le passé, ce restaurant était superbe. Mais récemment nous avons été déçu dans la qualité du service et de la limonade reçu. Il a fallu retourner au comptoir pour qu'il en prépare un second. Les tables d'extérieur n'étaient pas nettoyées. Il y avait de la vaisselle sale et de la nourriture sur plusieurs de celles-ci et les mouettes et atterrissaient pour y picoter.

Great little hidden gem of Sturgeon FallsCan arrive by car, foot, bike or boat. Beautiful Cafe style I side with a ton of barista style beverages and a lovely long shaded deck to overlook the marina.

Beautiful coffee house overlooking the lake. Beverage options were plentiful and the coffee was rich and flavourful. The view was stunning! This is probably the loveliest Twiggs of the bunch.Parking: We parked for free at the waterfront. It was steps away from the cafe.

Ordered the "Big Breakfast" today it was very good! Place is very clean staff is well organized and fast! Will be coming back again and again, thanks Twiggs staff ?Jessy.Parking: Lots of parking!Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to get up easily with any type of chair or buggy, good for woman with strollers too!

What a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee. There are so many different kinds to choose, and the pastries are absolutely delicious. Staff are the best.

8 in our motorcycle group. All together over 200.00 was spent for a light lunch. We sat out on the patio, beautiful day, nice view. Every order that came out was incorrect. The salmon sandwich had two pieces of shaved salmon, no taste because the bread was much thicker than the salmon. Cobb salads were served up, one was ordered with no onions, she had several. No knives were served with the salads. Two soups were ordered. Both came out cold. Had to send back. Second time out, they were still the temperature you would feed a baby. Next out came another sandwich that had the butt end of a tomato, one slice of red pepper and no mayo. When mayo was requested, the waitress shrugged and said she would get it, but it would be 20 cents extra. NO…. The mayo will be free because everything was screwed up so badly. A vegan pizza was ordered when it came out it had regular cheese on it. Asked if it was vegan, the waitress said we don’t have anything vegan here, it’s vegetarian. “Do you have vegan cheese”? Yes, well hello, that would make it a vegan pizza which she asked for. Pizza was returned and a new one brought out. One of the guys in our group was even forgot about and never got his sandwich until the rest of us were done. We all understood why you had to pay for your meal in advance! The service was terrible as was the food on the menu. We would have even understood better the terrible service had it been busy and full of guests, however there were no more than 6 guests inside the restaurant and our group of 8 sitting outside. Our group won’t ever visit that Twiggs location again, and we will not recommend it to any of our riding groups. They need to just do better! Word of mouth can kill a business quicker than anything else.
