Wow! What a fun bar with live music Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in July and August. Justin was SO friendly and made us feel like we were right back in Wisconsin. Certainly some great people here, employees and customers (Bucky, ha) alike. If anyone from the Midwest is traveling through and looking for a nice night out on a patio, this place felt the most like our bars from home. Glad we stumbled across Station 84 on our trip around Lake Huron and a big thank you for the hospitality!

Whoa! What is this place? It's difficult to write a review because it's difficult to wrap my head around what I just experienced. This is a place unlike any other.First off, it's a bar and a bar only. If you want food there will be none. They have drinks, but there is no menu and really no alcohol on display, so you're playing a guessing game about what they do and do not have. Asked for an old fashioned (a drink with like 3 ingredients) and was told "we don't make those here." OK little odd. Asked for a whiskey and they at least had that. They seem to have a lot of craft beer but again you don't know until you ask. I feel like they could probably streamline the ordering process a bit better, as it's nice to know what's available when asking for a drink.That said, the service was actually pretty good. The server was very attentive and seemed pleasant. Drinks come out fast.The interior is where it gets interesting. The best way to describe it would be "your elderly uncle's 1970s-style basement rec room." Everything's unfinished wood. It doesn't really feel like a bar at all. There are a bunch of board games that patrons can play, and I'm pretty sure a random dog walked under the table at some point.Overall, I'm giving it 5 stars for sheer uniqueness. This kind of place isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea, and TBH I'm not even sure it's MY cup of tea, but I highly recommend checking it out just so you can say you did. Like I said, there's nothing like this anywhere in town.

Station 84 is a hidden gem in downtown Sudbury. They offer up classic cocktails, beer and also have a large assortment of board games for their guests to play. Justin cares for his customers and often even orders them pizza! Highly recommend!!!
