EDIT: THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE NEW SUDBURY CENTRE LOCATION. The QR code directs you to the one across the street.Very poor experience at this location. Staff are not friendly, and throw your change down on the counter instead of into your open hand. Staff also seem very uninterested in working, maybe look into other employment.

Waited 15 minutes to order as they took a single order at a time, and waited until one order went out to take a second order, insane that this employee is allowed to just run the front without having any idea clearly what's going on or that standing around makes the company look bad when there's a line up of 10 plus people.

Very awful food, chicken burger was bitter in taste, felt like fried in old oil, onions rings were bitter in taste, spend $45 for garbage food, which had no taste at all.
Seems like if they get busy they start to mess up orders. The one in the mall.

Overall for this experience, they were significantly slower than usuall. Not to mention they also failed to provide me with a refill claiming that is was due to covid related reasons. Last time they provided me with a new cup and a refill and every other location complied with the same rules of operation. Due to the invalid excuse and claims. I dont recommend this a and w location. If i attend this location again, it won't be for quite a while.

Love the food but it's never made right or I don't get my order. Just went to order and specifically asked if they could check my burger before bagging it because the last time the lettuce was forgotten and I still wound up with the wrong burger entirely.
