The lady that served us I think she was the manager was amazing! She was so helpful even under so much pressure. I sure do love coming to a and w. Thanks for the great food and atmosphere. Our family will be coming here more often. I hope the manager is recognized, she is a sure gem and so good at what she does. On top of that the all the staff did amazing!

Owners and/or managers wearing street clothes unprofessional when speaking to employees in front of customers! Tell them their mistakes well paying minimum wage, very rude to call an employee out in front of customers right at lunch!

Where do I start? Onion rings. I was served the worst onion rings in the history of onion rings. Dried out & burnt dried batter falling off. Next, burgers. Why paper thin mayo? There’s not enough mayo on this burger, why?

3 years later I'm editing this review because this location has gone downhill. I ordered the classic breakfast and ordered over easy eggs and I got Sunnyside up and undercooked eggs. There where parts of clear jelly that looked like mucus. You could tell it wasn't cooked. I couldn't eat it. A& W is expensive so I expect to get food that is edible and safe. And uncooked eggs are not it. My latte was only 3/4 full as well. This used to be one of my favorite places but the south end location is better. I took photos but for some reason it won't let me upload them...

I've been with my 14 month grand daughter a couple of times this month. Each time, one team member has stood out. Krupa has been most helpful accommodating myself with the baby as well as other diners. Kind and considerate.
