Came in to pick up my takeout order, they were almost done which was great! However, prior to receiving my food I noticed the gentleman making my wife & I’s order wipe his hands on his looked to be dirty jeans & proceed to continue making our food. I understand if it was a clean apron perhaps it would be a little more cleanly that way. Nonetheless when I saw that I became to distrust this location with how they handle our food.
The young woman was extremely polite when I brought it up & she assured me she’d remake everything and apologized on her coworkers behalf. Which is the main reason as to why this isn’t a one star review. She was awesome!
My recommendation to this location would be to ensure that staff wear gloves when preparing food if they aren’t making sure that their staff are following food safety regulations. I understand that wearing gloves is annoying, but I believe that should be done if they’re not gonna take proper measures in ensuring staff are following proper guidelines.
To summarize, young lady at the counter is amazing, however I don’t believe I will be returning here any time soon as they’ve lost my trust.
