Love Arby's. We were in sudbury for a soccer game, and really like the orillia location. Beef and cheddar is hard to beat. This location was ok, but not perfect. We had to look to find a clean (ish) table. We had a couple minutes of standing at the till before anyone acknowledged us. Food came out fast. Curly fries were brilliant as usual. Everything was hot as expected. My daughters sandwich was a hot mess... I know that its not a perfect sandwich for keeping it neat, but this seemed like it was assembled from a distance.. Still, flavour, quantity and quickness were all as expected.

Hi I live in Sudbury and twice a month for the last four years, my brother and I would eat at Arby's, and never had any problems and the food beyond my expectations. But the last few times, I've been there, something has happened, I think it may have had changed hands, and the service has been PATHETIC, the order was all wrong, and had to take one order and they had put the other two orders together 😞 as this Tuesday June 17 were brought our niece with us and when they got there order I was done. The whole thing was we went together, and I would of love to have eaten together, that one problem. The next problem was they put it together in a total mess, things were everywhere, and had to use 5 napkins, to eat one beef and cheddar cheese on a bun, this was totally unexceptionable, and this was the same the last three times. This is my very last time ever going to this place, had enough. The unfortunate thing is, it was taken over by immigrants, that can't even understand plain English, I understand that new people coming to a new country, and wanting to open up a nice business, the problem is that leave a few employees from the last owner, who can speak English and customers can understand them, and before anyone says or pick on the immigrants, I'm one of them, born in Canada speak perfect English, and obviously school here in the grant country of Canada, so all I'm asking is please have people at the front counter that can speak and understand English fluently. Don't worry about me because I,ll never be back again, you lose a loyal customer and after four years so long. Roadhouse chuck here I come I guess and give you a try. SO LONG ARBY'S

Hadn't been to arbys in a long time because the food quality and service has seriously dipped in the last 5 years or so. However, I was in the area and decided to try again.
Drive thru guy barely spoke English, definitely didn't understand it. I asked for 1 beef and cheddar classic, thats it. Get to the window and this guy who also barely speaks english tells me the first guy never took our order. Okay... 1 beef and cheddar classic.. 8 dollars 🙃 wow. When I worked there, it was 2 beef and cheddar for 8$. How times have changed. So I get my 8$ sandwich, and later that night im sick. I give up arbys. Get some better staff in there, and if you're going to charge 8$ for 1 sandwich, it would be great if it didn't make you sick after.

Stopped in on my way through town to grab food for my young grandkids to take home to them (an hour away). Dropped off to them. I them get a phone call that the order was completely wrong, chicken wasn't even cooked. Was raw under the batter, there was mayo when I said 3 times NO MAYO. Beef & cheddar Sandwiches were disgusting, cheese smelled like vomit. It all went in the garbage. What a waste of money. Absolutely disgusting. Not impressed at all.

Went into Arby’s today around 11:10 , the place was not busy at all so I hoped to grab a quick meal to go. Went up to the counter and said Hi to the woman working there, who didn’t even acknowledge me but just sighed and looked annoyed. 30 seconds later she says “Hi welcome to Arby’s what can I get for you today” and then I realize she’s handling drive through as well. So I wait until she’s done and she still doesn’t acknowledge me standing at the counter. Didn’t even look at me but looking in my direction. A DoorDash guy walks in, and she looks right past me to deal with that, even being a little difficult with him. All the while I’ve been there for about 3 minutes and not being served or acknowledged and then skipped over. At this point I just turned and walked out because the service was so terrible. Not only did she ignore a customer, but to now skip the customer to deal with door dash who shows up a minute after the customer who’s right there. She continued to not acknowledge me even as I turned and left while she kept arguing with the door dash guy over what unit number for the building was. Been going here for years but after today I don’t think I’d go back.

Too expensive now. Instead of monthly visits will probably just go once or twice per year.
