Stopped in on my way through town to grab food for my young grandkids to take home to them (an hour away). Dropped off to them. I them get a phone call that the order was completely wrong, chicken wasn't even cooked. Was raw under the batter, there was mayo when I said 3 times NO MAYO. Beef & cheddar Sandwiches were disgusting, cheese smelled like vomit. It all went in the garbage. What a waste of money. Absolutely disgusting. Not impressed at all.

Went into Arby’s today around 11:10 , the place was not busy at all so I hoped to grab a quick meal to go. Went up to the counter and said Hi to the woman working there, who didn’t even acknowledge me but just sighed and looked annoyed. 30 seconds later she says “Hi welcome to Arby’s what can I get for you today” and then I realize she’s handling drive through as well. So I wait until she’s done and she still doesn’t acknowledge me standing at the counter. Didn’t even look at me but looking in my direction. A DoorDash guy walks in, and she looks right past me to deal with that, even being a little difficult with him. All the while I’ve been there for about 3 minutes and not being served or acknowledged and then skipped over. At this point I just turned and walked out because the service was so terrible. Not only did she ignore a customer, but to now skip the customer to deal with door dash who shows up a minute after the customer who’s right there. She continued to not acknowledge me even as I turned and left while she kept arguing with the door dash guy over what unit number for the building was. Been going here for years but after today I don’t think I’d go back.

Too expensive now. Instead of monthly visits will probably just go once or twice per year.

The performance manager is a very sweet individual. He is kind and goes above and beyond. Has great patience and a nice smile. I love coming to Arby’s with my child. The food is always nice and fresh. 😃

Going through the drive thru, I opt for the special of two sandwiches but then once I added fries and a drink, it came out pretty much the same as 8f I would of ordered all separate items. Next time, I will order just what I want and not be influenced by the specials as it's really not worth it.
Parking: Parking spots sizes are rather on the small size so someone with a full size car or truck will have to take more than just one unless you want to risk getting your sides dinged by other vehicles...

Went here because I had a coupon, the person at the register gave me a hard time, eventually saying he can't process. Asked for manager, then magically he said it worked, be FIRM, don't let em Doubt YOU ? Curly fries are really only thing I enjoy here, sandwiches are way too small in my opinion for price you pay ??
The food wasn't the best. There were very questionable "customers" that were sitting inside. Looked like they were going through withdrawals. Definetly won't be going back.
