We went today in the restaurant, the girl at the front was really rude to us , first when she took the Order she never talk with us properly and gave us totally wrong order. I eat all the time when I travel timmins to Sudbury but this time it’s was very bad experience.

not sure what it is with this location but everytime i get ice cream here its liquidity with no consistency its not even ice cream. when i get ice cream from another dairy queen its always thick and tastes like actual ice cream.

I ordered two cheeseburgers from chelmsford location driving through for my children and they put franks red hot sauce on them. called to be reimbursed and received terrible service.

I asked for a chicken burger without the hot sauce and was told “No” that’s how it comes! Hahahaha, good luck out there! This place was the spot to go to for hot and cold food before the treck up hwy 144.
