If I can give a 0 star I would ! The extremely lack of empathy and professionalism this store gave me tonight as a Uber driver was unacceptable . We do not see the squeduled time of pick up . I assumed after driving 20 minutes a blizzard would be ready . Only to have the window swung at me as if I was some parasite . After this I got told they were busy and to come on the scheduled time next time and I had to wait … followed by a “ you can’t park here can’t you read the no parking “?? A simple empathy and a I’m sorry mam for the wait and unfortunately u cannot park here would have been enough . I cancelled the order and will not return to this establishment !

Awesome place. Very nice. We go everywhere after my 5 year old swimming lessons :) he loves it
Parking: You can't eat in at this location but they have chairs outside and LOT OF PARKING They have a whole lot beside them that you can also park
Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old autistic son makes the order and they are always so sweet to him and take there time with him :)

I went into the store the other day and I was tossing up one blizzard with another and so I asked the woman behind the counter and she gave me her thoughts which was exactly what I waned. Her name was Nora and she was so professional and positive and I really appreciated that she cared enough to give me her opinion. It made my day so thank you!
