The meat and inside ingredients were tasty, i was surprised to realize the outside wrap was a whole wheat tortilla wrap. Damascus cafe and bakery if you see this please change your shawarma wraps to a proper pita shawarma wrap!! This made a major affect on the taste of an authentic shawarma wrap.

What an amazing little gem of a restaurant in the heart of Sudbury. Portions are extremely generous and pricing is very fair. I highly recommend the chicken shawarma plate with rice, and some baklava for a sweet dessert (that will surely leave you with leftovers), but seriously everything is a winner in this menu. This family owned business is generously supporting its community. Highly recommend and I always try to support by ordering directly rather than using a third party delivery service.

The food is great, however do not order form pick up as it won’t be ready (3rd attempt to call in advance only to have the food being ordered upon arrival). Skip the dishes may provide a different experience.Highly recommended but only for walk in service.

Ordered through Skip the Dishes today and I was not impressed with the food. I usually go and take out, and the food is 100 percent better when picked up than ordering on an App. Food did not taste as fresh, nor were the spices used ground up as I was getting chunks in my mouth (ew), and the amount of sauce was definitely less then what you receive when picking it up in person.
