“We love the Polish blood sausages. I am from Scotland where we have our own type of blood sausage called Black pudding. This is the closest I have found in 16 years living in Canada. I took the skins off, sliced them up on a tray with onions, and cooked them up on a pellet smoker. Absolutely delicious! My wife loves the Cherry wood smoked Kelbasa too!“
