Awesome vegan menu...not just one itemThanks from vegan customers

During an overnighter in Sudbury, my wife loves ESM, so I agreed despite never having had a good experience with this restaurant chain. Wow! My wife went into the restaurant to order take out for us. After a shocking $90+, terribly disappointed in the food. The pizza looked so gross, it couldn't be eaten, the calamari was flavourless and way too greasy, the mozzo sticks were ok but the marinara sauce was poorly packed and spilled all over the sticks and the pasta with mushrooms, shrimp and rose sauce was under flavoured. I lodged an online complaint but specifically requested no further reply because, honestly, why would we even try to eat there again? What could they actually offer us to make up for an over priced mistake??? Despite no reply request, they called AND emailed me.?

The food was very delicious and great portion size. I really appreciate restaurants like this because they stay true to the traditional recipes and the food is always on point. Our server was very friendly and attentive and always made sure we were looked after. It was a great experience thank you.

We visited here in late Aug 2020, and were very impressed to see their Covid safety protocols being strictly adhered to. Plus great food, great service-by our hostess Allison: hence an awesome evening for me and my family.

These folks are doing an outstanding job amidst the COVID pandemic. Great customer service, and the food is predictable as usual.

We ordered the $36.99 family pasta meal. Perfect amount of food for 2 adults and 2 kids. It came hot and fresh, everything was perfect.

I have eaten here many times over the last year and a bit. Their service has improved a great deal and their food does not disappoint. I am an East Side Mario's fan again!

Ordered take out due to Covid. Great service, fast and speedy but the salads had to be discarded. Wilted! Otherwise good.

I tend to stick to a few items on the menu and the food never disappoints. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere upbeat.

Love getting takeout from here but can't wait to be able to go back for date night with the wife when things open up and sit in.
