Our server was payton, she did good. 3 stars for atmosphere because waiting area was ill equipped for the number of people waiting, and random kids came and sat at our table.

Food was as good as any East Side Mario's I've eaten at or from. The servings seemed a little smaller in house as opposed to when ordering take-out.
Atmosphere suffered greatly due to the ants crawling round the table, seats and window.

I’m so done with Eastside Mario’s - I say that every time and every few years I decide to go back and it’s the same crap. Service is always out of sync. They never come at the time they should. They didn’t come to check to see how our food was, though we asked for our food all at the same time it came at different intervals. Now, usually these things don’t bother me, but when you add it to the price of the food and the quality of the food we got- I’m done trying with them. There’s a picture in the menu of what we ordered that I posted & next to it was what we got, which was a cold, tiny piece of chicken Parm that look like it had sat on the counter all day and when I asked the waiter, why are lasagna (which only had one tiny taster bite from me in it)didn’t look like the one in the menu, he explained that it’s made different so after some questioning, he confesses that The lasagna is indeed from the children’s menu. Everything except the fettuccine was cold in that plate. We got chicken wings that look like somebody stepped on them before they cooked them -in the pictures the chicken wings all broken, but we didn’t do that. I picked it up and it was like that - every time I go there there’s always the Romaine hearts left in the salad like how hard is it to take the stump out and this time this Caesar salad was so bitter, I’m positive it wasn’t washed thoroughly. I’ve worked in restaurants many years and even in the ones that I would say that were the worst still did a better job than what I got and what I’ve ever gotten in the last 15 years from Eastside Mario’s. It’s a shame because Eastside Marios used to be so good so amazing and the prices were reasonable for the quality and the service was good even if they were behind it was because they were busy, but as we sat there next to four tables loaded with garbage that didn’t get cleaned till we were on our way out -When they weren’t even at half capacity, probably not even quarter capacity it’s just disappointing. I officially give up. There’s no way they can bring me back. Unless they decide to overhaul and change everything on their menu as far as quality- I took my daughter there for lunch just a month before to share a pizza (which I always remembered as being the best thing on their menu) I was surprised to see a different. Rust than I expected, when I asked the waitress if they changed the menu because it looked different she explained to me that because I ordered the same pizza I wanted, but at lunch it was made with a different crust . So now I’ll never get pizza there either because I won’t know what kind of head games they’re playing and if I’m gonna get what I want .

I’m never going back. My advice is save your money. Buy some groceries because even if you put something in the microwave, it’ll be better than anything They’re gonna give you. I guarantee you I am not the only one who feels like every time they walk out of there. They’re unhappy and regretful.

Just ordered take out I’m store. Took 3X longer to come out than promised. Portions were 1/4 size than if we ate in house. Husbands carbonara order lacked everything but the noodles. Mine was okay but 100% over priced for amount of food received. Super super disappointed for something we had been so excited for. Paid a lot for very very little. I paid $100 for 1/2 portion meals that came out of a box for my husband, myself and toddler. I also didn’t received extra bacon or other additives we paid for with the meal.

Went for dinner for my girlfriend’s bday Aug 18 and the place was hoppin! We had reserved a table luckily and our server was Jerry. He was very professional, attentive, and an all round great server !! Bread salads drinks all came promptly and our mains did as well! And even free bday dessert for my friend so all and all a win win I’d say!
