About European Smoked Meat & Deli
European Smoked Meat & Deli Reviews
We love the Polish blood sausages. I am from Scotland where we have our own type of blood sausage called Black pudding. This is the closest I have found in 16 years living in Canada. I took the skins off, sliced them up on a tray with onions, and cooked them up on a pellet smoker. Absolutely delicious! My wife loves the Cherry wood smoked Kelbasa too!
I needed some quick snacks for my staff out here in Capreol at my store. The staff at Opy’s Central Variety want to send yous a big thank you because these cabbage rolls are the best that we’ve all ever had. Oh, and look at the German chocolate drizzled cake, so delicious thanks girls of European deli.!

Amazing little hidden gem! We try to shop there once a week for kielbasa, peperettes, pickles, bottled fruit juice and so much more. Fresh baked daily breads are pretty amazing too.

European Smoked Meat & Deli is a hidden gem that offers a wide variety of Eastern European foods, including kolbassa, herring, fermented cabbage, and marinated cucumbers. The deli also offers a vast selection of cured meats, European goods, and gluten-free bread options. The service is fast and friendly, and the lunch deals are unbeatable.
The pastry selection is impressive, with must-try items like the Mango cake, Tiramisu, and Cherry cheesecake. The cheesecake is a standout, with a perfect balance of flavors and a crust that adds just the right amount of sweetness. Customers love the Polish blood sausages, which are the closest they've found to the Scottish black pudding. The Cherry wood smoked Kelbasa is also a favorite. The schnitzel on a bun is a customer favorite and a quick, affordable meal for just $5.99. Many customers also enjoy the variety of European products, including Butterkäse and quality North Tiroler, with staff always ready to offer samples and help find new items like tea, cookies, or dried mushrooms.
The staff and owner are very friendly, and the meats are always fresh and delicious. The deli is known for its quick service, great selection of sausages for grilling or smoking, and a wide range of imported goods. With freshly baked desserts, a diverse selection of cured meats, and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is a must-visit for anyone wanting a taste of the old country or a quick, tasty meal.
