Fionn MacCool's

Live music was nice, service was fine even though a few items that were asked for were repeatedly forgotten, but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth when we had to send back the tuna poke bowl for undercooked (crunchy) rice. The server was apologetic however, the restaurant was only willing to discount the poke bowl by 50% despite having only taken a couple of bites, rather than removing it off the bill completely. Their explanation was that because they plated and brought the food to the table, then had to clean the dish after it was sent back, they needed to charge for it, which sounds like bogus to me. Ribs were slightly dry as well. Will not return.

Wow everything was flawless! Drinks were absolutly perfect. One of the best steak and mushroom pie I've had since I've moved in Ontario. Clean place. And clearly Vance knows what he is doing! Well done to all the staff!

Vance made a enjoyable evening that much better with his cheery personality, impeccable service and attention to detail. Will always request his section when returning to Fionn McCool’s Sudbury.

Food was great, atmosphere exactly what we needed, and our server Vance was an absolute legend - he gave thoughtful beer recommendations and generally great service befitting of a welcoming Irish pub. These days, personalities make the difference and we will remember Fionn MacCools because of him. We will definitely be back!
