I was getting a little sad about decent boozers in sudbury.

But this place is cool. A little on the empty side sunday lunch but my favourite place in this locality.

Food was amazing !! Had the fish tacos ! Better than I could have imagined! Waitress was super personable and friendly

The service was incredible, some of the best service my partner and I have experienced on our many date nights. Our server Rob was on the ball the whole time, such good energy from him, and he was so kind. We were very happy with our meal as well. It was so delicious and the specialty coffee we had after dinner was such a perfect way to end the meal.

So just left Finn McCools and after taking me to a table and waiting about 15 minutes I was not approached about taking my order for drink or food. No one came over even to say hello or anything. I left. The restaurant was not full; there were only 3 out of about 8 tables occupied.

Group dinner had some dissappointed dinerz 1) salad limp (not edible), 2) onion soup (too many onions/little cheese 3) steak yorkshire appetizer (very lttle to no meat. The only complaint we gave was on the salad -- the server simply said the dressing made it that so nothing he could do (just returned the plate with the salad).

Live music was great, guy had quite a catalog. The burger and Montreal grilled cheese were amazing and Tristan held up to a crowded house and we still had great service

Good food but what really stood out was the service. My waiter was very bubbly, nice and patient. The burger was good but they didn't give me a lot of soup (the side I ordered). Overall a good experience but very pricey.

Had the pub burger and fries. The burger meat was ok.. nothing special. The toppings where ok. Bacon was great. Very thin peice of cheese. Burger was a good size. Tried the gluten-free bun and it was like all gluten-free bread and buns... not good... bad after taste. But was cool they had the option for wheat allergies. You get a very small amount of fries. With tip it was 27$. It's becoming insane to eat out and they can't even fill thr plate with fries so that was upsetting. The little fries you do get where great but and I could be wrong I don't think they are cut fresh. Very crunchy tho. Atmosphere was great. Very nice looking place. and our server was awesome.

Personally speding almost 30$ for a mediocre burger and a hand full of fries is just not gonna work. I could eat at osmos twice for that and have enough for 4 meals. Or hust eat at home. Was cool they had a gluten free option but they charged me a doller extra for the bun. Not so bad because those gross buns are extreamly expensive.

Not going back. Mostly because I'm poor but just not worth it to me.

I attended the restaurant with a friend before and event. We were running late, so I asked the hostess how long it might be. She was very nice and found out for us. Our timeframe would be good. She advised our server as well. We were server quickly with great service. I would definitely go back. The food was very good although a little bit salty for my friend. Two thumbs up.

This Irish Pub is the BEST. This establishment is TOP notch. They’re service to detail and FAMILY feeling is what they deliver. The food at this pub is what brought both mum and I to keep coming back. Marty, you’re the best as are the other servers. I will stand by and TOTALLY recommend this pub to be on your bucket list in Sudbury. Eat well feel good and feel like you’re one of the family. As a side gig, they do a Blue Jays opener, they know how to organize. Going back to Jays opener next year, health willing. Love you all❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Susan and Lise Bateman…we had such a blast

If there was a no star, that would be my rating! Went in on st paddy’s day with 3 others! I realize it is one of the busiest days of the year in the bars as I have been a server for 40 years and am still serving! Our table was right at the bar entrance so servers were always around but not once did any of them come to our table! I had gotten drinks at the bar prior to sitting down at our tiny round table! Fast forward and table is full of empty glasses (again it was a tiny table so didn’t take much) also dirty dishes from food dropped off prior to my arrival and no server giving us the time of day! So I clear the table of glasses onto the end of bar by dishwasher and try to get the bartenders attention to come see us but got sternly told by the girl behind the bar “SIT DOWN, I’ll be right over!!! Approx 10 mins later she came and got drink order, dropped them off but didn’t clear off empty glasses or dishes!! approx an hour later not 1 person again has come to check on us so again someone from my table got up to get bartenders attention and literally got yelled at ..SIT DOWN!!!
Now if anyone would have been attending to us in the first place we would not have felt the need to get up to get someone’s attention so the only way to get service was to stand up get yelled at to sit down then would finally get service ! It was horrible! Another server I know was sitting at the bar and in convo with her she asked why the bartender yelled down the bar in our direction to sit down! I said you heard that? And she said everybody did!! How embarrassing is that and she also said her service was horrible! Also another server I worked with years back was there with her mother and she told me they were leaving to go elsewhere as service was terrible! Rob the bartender needs to learn some basic serving skills as he simply could have said .. do you mind just sitting down we will be right over instead of screaming down the bar unbelievable service from him and the other girl behind the bar !! I AM NOT a demanding customer as I know all about serving demanding people and how frustrating it is but we seriously could not get service unless prompted! The restaurant should have had full staff on knowing how busy it was going to be and if they did, well then they need better staff ! Will not return!!!

We were four of us this passed Friday evening. The drinks were excellent, as well as the food. Our servers were very attentive and good humoured which made our evening even better.

Vance is sure a great server and his attitude is so positive. Always a great experience and awesome food as usual.
