Fire Flames is incredible! We ordered a large amount of food for our hockey team dinner at the last minute and they came through with the greatest feast! Everything was so delicious and the boys enjoyed every bite! Thank you for giving us a home cooked meal far away from home and going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. I tried to take a picture and half the food was already eaten! 10 out 10 all the way

The food here is delicious!!! The curry goat is so tender and tastes exactly like my Mom's and the oxtail is a close 2nd to my Mom's. John served me one Saturday and he was so personable and hilarious--we laughed so hard about many things. The service has been fantastic. Next time I'm in town I will bring my sister along; I know she will love it!!

Took my daughter to flames on a girl's day, she loved it, said it was the best she had since she was in Jamaica. I had oxtail and chicken she had a roti, both were superb. We shared an order of Festival, this to was tasty. Customer service was great. I love coming here, now

Stopped for a quick pickup lunch today. In and out in less than 5 minutes. The service was great, selection wasn't massive, but I prefer it that way. The food smelled great, and I ended choosing the large j*** chicken with macaroni. Will defintely be coming back :)

This is quite the little hidden gem, the food is great and the selection of beverages from the Caribbean is plentiful. I recommend the j*** patties, festival, and a serving of plantains with a nice ginger beer to complement!

Update... Jan 27, 2023.... we have been going here for a few years now... That girl knows her roots... black cake... delicious... festivals .. crispy.. j*** chicken... mild but flavorful... ginger coconut drops.... Perfect. Support this girl.. thanks Was so nice to have some flavour finally. Been here in Sudbury since Sept 2017 and today I found our take out spot. My husband and I enjoyed it very much. Love the homemade hot sauce.

Honestly the best Carribean food I have ever had. You'd have to go to Toronto or the Carribean to get food even remotely close to the quality of this establishment. Their house hot sauce is also off the chain.

OHHHH MY ITS still amazing food . Haven't lived in Sudbury for over 4 years . First week back I'm trying all my old favs. This restaurant ranks top 3 in Sudbury for me . Just mouth watering amazing flavor , huge portions all for under 20 bucks . Or 20 with a tip. I had J*** Chicken on rice , oxtail gravy and some slaw . Man what a great supper . Now I should get back to it before it gets cold, if you've never tried this this is as close as you're getting to Jamaican food without being there . I must add that it's not overly spicy either the j*** which is nice touch it's perfectly seasoned
My second visit. Ordered the small oxtail dinner with rice and coleslaw, same as last time. So beyond delicious. The first time I ordered a roti shell on the side. Very good as well. The coleslaw was the perfect side. Crisp, fresh and not over dressed. A small dinner was a generous serving. Plenty for one. Both times have had leftovers for lunch. Even better the next day. Reasonable for $20! Next time will try their plantain and beef patty. Highly recommended. Thank you Flames Caribbean Restaurant! ?❤️

We really enjoyed the authentic Caribbean flavors at this hidden gem! Juicy smokey jerk chicken, rich oxtail and flavorful goat and chicken curry. They also have roti we have yet to try. The pictures speak for themselves. Highly recommended if you enjoy Caribbean cuisine. We will definitely be back.

I ordered Curry Chicken plate soo delicious beats Scarborough's Chris J*** Chicken spot!! Love the plantains here as they were sweet most places are not sweet too bland!! Also, friendly staff highly recommend this spot!! Love trying new places when Im on a road trip so thanks guys for the best meal stop!

The minute you walk in the door you’re just taken with the delicious smells of amazing food waiting for you. Alice is fantastic, super friendly u0026 very patient as we figured out what we wanted to order. In all honesty, we pretty much wanted to order everything lol We settled on 3 daily specials for $10+tax each and a small shrimp for my little person. Don’t let the container size fool you, it was a lot of food per order but so good u0026 filling. Just the right amount of heat with the sweet u0026 the in house hot sauce is fantastic!!!!!! We all shared a little from each container u0026 not one complaint. Simply delicious from the j*** chicken to the curry chicken, curry shrimp u0026 the sauce u0026 gravy over the rice ….. killer. The coleslaw had the perfect amount of sweet to balance out the heat. Definitely will be back and I highly recommend No pics as the smell in the car had everyone salivating to get home u0026 eat lol This amazing independently owned business is one I’ll visit each u0026 every trip to Sudburry.
