Manmeet was incredible! I go in less then once a month and he recognized us and even knew what we were going to order! Made our experience very enjoyable, he's also very funny and kind! Overall a great team! Thanks!!

Big disappointment. I know it's pricey here, but there is no value for the money. Soggy fries. Tasteless hamburgers. Frankly, they should be ashamed of the prices for the quality of the food.
Fives has the best burgers.
Steep in price a bit. Spent $74.10 on dinner for 2 adults and 2 children. 3 burgers, 3 milkshakes, a frie and poutine. However, once I ate, I wasn't as disappointed in price. Highly recommend if you want a different burger place. Clean, fresh, and comfortable setting.

Used to be really good. I don’t know what happened in the past year but the service and the food are total garbage.
Burgers are way smaller than they used to be, and the wait is insane, 20minutes for 2 burgers when i was the only person in there. If you dont tip theyre going to prioritize all of the mobile orders.
WHERE IS THE EXTRA SCOOP OF FRIES??? Every time we travel south, we stop here for burgers and fries but THE LAST 4 VISITS, we were not given an extra scoop in the bag, as per procedure. One time we went and the clerk said they were out of fries but once my burger was ready and I was about to leave this location, the person behind me was sold and given fries. Not sure what is happening at this location but the atmosphere is unwelcoming and rushed. Thank god your bacon cheeseburgers are that good...
