I haven't been to Gloria's in over 20 years. Took my Mom there for dinner. It was delicious, and an enjoyable atmosphere. Glad to see it still in operation.

The service was fine, but the food and drinks missed the mark. The eggs Benedict were fully cooked instead of soft, and the coffee wasn’t hot. This made the meal less enjoyable than expected.

Great staff, good sized portions for the price. You may have to wait 10-15 minutes for a seat on a busy weekend morning but it will be worth the wait.

This place has seriously gone downhill. The experience was poor from start to finish, beginning with the complete lack of hygiene in the men’s washroom which reaked of dried, caked-on urine, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned in who knows how long (I went first thing in the morning, 9am).

In addition to the cleanliness issues there was a problem with the order. I was told home fries were included with my meal, but they weren’t. I paid $20 for the Benny Waffles and was still left hungry after the small portion. And worse, I experienced immediate diarrhea after consuming the meal.

I will not be returning. I’ve enjoyed coming here in the past, don’t know what’s going on with them.
