I used to enjoy going to Harvey's but the last 2 times I went it's TOTALLY SUCKED 1 time they completely messed up my order then when I went back I was told oh well you left the store with it you should have made sure that you got the right order........ Isn't that your job seeing that I'm the customer and your the one packaging up an order what can't follow a receipt. 2nd time I just got my money back once I watched ALLL THE CROSS CONTAMINATION or them dropping the burger patties on the floor and STILL cooking them only getting 1/2 the bag of cheese curds because the cook dicided to eat the other half while picking his noise and cooking no hairnets NOTHING wiped down ....We will NEVER be going there again!!!! So if your looking to get food poisoning go here if not stay away that simple

I had a pickup order at Harvis. I arrived at the store at 1:02 AM and was told to wait 4 minutes because they were packaging my order. Unfortunately, that 4-minute wait turned into about 20 minutes. I finally received my order at 1:22 AM. Very disappointing experience, especially for a pickup order where timing matters.

Touching food with no gloves on, taking frozen donuts out of a bag with no gloves on! Not welcoming, no smile, terribly managed, no manners. Bathroom dirty kitchen looks dirty.

Let me tell you something about this Harvey’s, I have been in many places in the world, I’m not even from Sudbury, and yet the tap water in this Harvey’s is the most nutritious, refreshing and pleasant drinking experience I have ever had in my whole life!
I mean the staff was very pleasant, they went above and beyond and the onion rings are also fantastic quality bc you can actually feel the onioness of it unlike other brand’s onion rings that just seem to be pure dough but they try to gaslight you into thinking there’s actual onion in there……
But the highlight of my visit was the free tap water, like I literally asked my friends and they all had an abnormally fantastic experience with that water, if you told me that Pope Francis returned to us on Christmas and asked Jesus for a personal favour to bless this water in Sudbury, ON…. I probably wouldn’t believe you but I’d entirely understand where you’re coming from and not judge you in the slightest for believing that. I also wouldn’t tell you you’re wrong either like- let the legends of the Harvey’s north of the New Sudbury centre fly and reach faraway lands!
I will never forget how satisfying of an experience it was.
Needless to say…. Let’s try to not get any workers in trouble for the tap water… make sure you’re always ordering something with your water :3c
