It's 915 pm at night on Tuesday November 12, 2024, and right away I ordered an online order at around 850, went into the location to pick up my food order and right off the bat the lady worker said sorry we're closed. Open sign still on and store hour paper says until 10:00pm. And Google as well. Very bad service, does your manager know?

Very disappointed to sit and watch the cashier elderly lady wash the tables with doing a horrible job. She ran the cloth on about 4 tables missing all the crumbs cleaning a quarter of the area isn’t cleaning. It’s a public open space and you’re always watched by others. If I was the boss/ manager I’d fire her.

We used to order online every Friday night and pick up in drive-thru on our way to the cottage to eat on the go. At first, we liked the convenience. We've stopped. Our order is always missing something, either straws for our drinks, napkins and our burgers are always drowning in mustard. This morning we thought we would try again. Sure enough, we should have looked before driving away...no napkins, no straws and burger has so much mustard it's gross.
