I would like to thank the amazing staff at this Harveys location.
On Tuesday night (05/20/2025) we rushed to this location about 5mins before closing. It had been a stressful 40mins prior (almost running out of gas from Killarney provincial Park). My car was on 0km for most of the way.
They were absolutely amazing and gave us free pies. This gesture made up for the stress prior. The service alone was phenomenal for showing up 5mins before closing.

The burgers are always delicious. Service is good, the dining room wasn't the cleanest but not the worst I've seen. Parking isn't the best. Couldn't stay too long as the ex's family came walking in so I had to duck out. Didn't feel like eating in awkwardness.

The customer service lacks professionalism. Served with attitude, no hello, no have a nice day. The food was disgusting. Their toppings were not fresh. If I could give this place a a zero star, I would. Absolutely disgusting here.

The food was absolutely terrible , everything tasted like soap ! Spent a small fortune feeding 8 people only for 90% of it to end up in the garbage. Super disappointed
I used to like Harvey's recently went here and the food was absolutely terrible. My kids burger was spicy and the burgers we ordered didn't look cooked in the middle the looked pink and the patties are paper thin now. I will not eat at another Harvey's after my last visit was gross.

I just left the drive through, there was only me in line and one customer in the store. The young guy who took my order, put it all together, put the bag and drink on the counter by the drive through window, then left and spent the next 5 minutes joking and wandering around with a coworker. Finally he came back and gave it to me. By the time I got home it was Luke warm at best. Clueless behaviour.

i ordered everytime here but i’m everytime get in a trouble and employees is not helpful for anything that was last i’ll not go to harvey’s anymore after this time i don’t wanna go to mcdonalds but what can i do better than harvey’s I don't recommend it to anyone

It's 915 pm at night on Tuesday November 12, 2024, and right away I ordered an online order at around 850, went into the location to pick up my food order and right off the bat the lady worker said sorry we're closed. Open sign still on and store hour paper says until 10:00pm. And Google as well. Very bad service, does your manager know?
